The employment of college students has caught the attention of the state,as a knowledge skills talents,the employment situation can reflect the social development in all aspects,therefore,the employment of college students related conditions,suchas: college students' employment demand,employment way,employment psychologyand so on are also pay attention to important aspects of the society,colleges and universities.The employment cognition of college students is the category of ideological cognition,which can reflect the ideological status of college students through investigation and study of students' employment cognition.The ideological situation of college students has always been attached importance to by the government and promoting the development of college students' ideologyand the guiding of the college students' positive thinking also has been the aimingofideological and political education.Art colleges are specialized colleges dedicatedto the cultivation of art talents,while artistic talents play a leading role in the development of social culture.The cultivation of art colleges and universities should not only have the common characteristics of education,but also have the personalityof emphasizing the development of art.Therefore,it is of great importance to understadand pay attention to the ideological situation ofcollege students in art colleges and universities,and it influence the social atmosphere and cultural developmentof the whole society indirectly.This thesis is mainly from the perspective of the employment of art college students.Through analyzing the employment cognition of students in art colleges and universities,summarizing the ideological uniqueness of students in art colleges and universities,then analyzing the reasons and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The thesis mainly uses interview method,questionnaire survey method,documentdata method to collect and analyze relevant data.This thesis is based on the introduction and four parts of the text structure analysis and research.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,significance,reviews the literature review and the research status at home and abroad and also introduces the main train of thought,method and innovation points and research of theoretical basis,meanwhileexplain the concept the thesis research involves in.The first part mainly analyzes theemployment questionnaire,and compares the employment situation,employment demand,employment orientation and employment psychology of students between thestudents in art colleges' and universities,the analyzes the characteristics of the employment cognition of art colleges students.The second part is to analyze the ideological situation of universities and art students through employment recognition,and sums up the uniqueness of the ideological situation of students in art colleges.The third part is an objective and comprehensive analysis for the internal and external environment factors influencing the development of students' thought in art colleges and starting from the characters of its thought condition to analyze the reasons existing the special characteristics.The fourth part is by the reasons analyzed and thinkabout the practical measures form the aspects of the social influence,the art examination system,the school cultivation,the art specialty characteristics and the art students themselves,then put forward effective Suggestions.
