In the "Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(trial)" issued by the Ministry of Education,it is clearly pointed out that one of the concrete objectives of the basic education curriculum reform is to reform the situation of excessive concentration of curriculum management,and to implement three levels of national,local and school curriculum management.At present,our country is carrying out a curriculum reform which has never been carried out in ancient times.It makes the school curriculum,which has always been ignored in the three-level curriculum management,in the forefront of history.Rural schools have many particularities compared to urban schools.In order to seek development,rural schools strive to create school culture with characteristics,and they intend to embody school culture by offering school-based curriculum,but the development of different schools is a mixture of the good and the bad.The main factor that leads to failure is the improper management of school-based curriculum.Based on this,this paper studies the management of physical education and art school-based curriculum in Sayu Town,Zhaotong,Yunnan by means of investigation and interview.This paper expounds the present situation and problems of school-based curriculum management in rural middle schools and the corresponding countermeasures.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly elaborates on the research background,significance and goal,the literature review,core concept definition,thought and method.The second part is an investigation of the current situation of Physical Education and Art School-based Curriculum Management of Sayu Town Middle School mainly through referring to information,field investigations,interviews,questionnaires and so on.The third part analyzes the problems faced in school-based curriculum in Sayu Town Middle School and their causes based on the second part of the investigation,from the seven dimensions of the basic content of curriculum management,principles,tasks,etc.The fourth part,aiming at the problems faced by middle school P.E.and art school-based curriculum management in Sayu Town and their causes,tries to explore some suggestions and countermeasures to solve this series of problems.Through the study of this paper,we can see: strengthening the training of managers and teachers,increasing the special funding investment of school-based curriculum,perfecting the evaluation mechanism of school-based curriculum,forming systematic management,and strengthening the leading role of principals in school-based curriculum management can help rural middle schools to effectively improve the quality of school-based curriculum management.
