Preschool education is the beginning of the school education,is also the beginning of children's good personality,behavior habit and the healthy emotional development.In recent years,the preschool education career cause international and domestic high concerns.China's rural pre-school education career is also developing rapidly.In Chinese school-running system,education system,under the background of urban and rural dual differentiation,although the cangxian greatly increases the number of preschool education institutions,but the pre-school education is at lower level overall.So,looking for cangxian problems of preschool education institutions,dig deep reason,promote cangxian preschool education institutions is particularly important to the overall level of education quality.The author uses the field visits,questionnaires,telephone pays a return visit to hebei cangxian preschool education institutions,when conducting the investigation,finally selected 20 more representative preschool education institutions do in-depth comparative analysis.In this paper according to the theory of education fairness and multiple intelligence theory as the theoretical basis,using the NAEYC in early childhood education quality assessment to assessment of the preschool education institutions,by using the software of SPSS analysis of measurement results are analyzed.Finally using the factor analysis test the validity of the multiple linear regression.Cangxian preschool education institutions according to the data analysis of the status quo of education quality.At present,the cangxian preschool education institutions still exist,the teachers' poor children interaction,imbalance of education resources,teachers' quality and poor treatment,the order of kindergarten and other issues,according to the above problem,The reason behind the dig the “traditional smar”t is still the dominant,education resources,lack of macro spent regulation and planning,poor teacher job security and unreasonable education policy,supervision mechanism is not sound reasons,and puts forward the respecting the rule of children's development,improve the teachers' management system,strengthen supervision,implement the overall layout,such as promotion strategy,make recommendations for the government.
