Research On The Problems And Paths Of The Development Of New Urbanization In Guiyang

Under the guidance of the new urbanization strategy,the GDP growth in Guiyang City,leap into the front ranks of the country.The rate of urbanization has been increasing and the living standards of the people have been improving.The industrial structure has been constantly adjusting,the proportion of the primary industry has gradually declined,gradually withdrawing from its dominant position,the proportion of secondary industry and tertiary industry have gradually increased.The structure of the three major industries is developing towards a healthy and stable trend.At the same time,the problems in the process of traditional urbanization gradually became apparent.How to solve the shortcoming of traditional urbanization quickly and properly,promote the Industrial Structure Transformation,stimulate new economic vitality,explore new economic growth points,cultivate talents who meet the needs of the times.At the same time,on the basis of the unique ethnic style,the geographical environment and the historical evolution of Guiyang City,we will carry forward and practice the spirit of the 19 th Congress,turn Guiyang into a model city in ethnic minority areas,lead all ethnic minorities to win the hard work of getting rid of poverty and get rich,work together to build a well-off society and choose a new path of urbanization with characteristics in Guizhou province.They become the questions that the author will discuss in this article.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.The author mainly discusses the background,basic concepts,practical significance,theoretical basis,research status,research focus,research ideas and methods of new urbanization in Guiyang.The second part has Combined the present situation of urbanization in Guiyang.The results show that the overall economic level of Guiyang is relatively weak,and the economic development of each district,county and city is unbalanced,urban and rural economic and social security development are not in place,social security undertakings are imperfect,health and educational undertakings are insufficient.The third part of this article is to put forward the development path for the second part of the problems.According to the actual research results,choose right research path.It mainly includes: Strengthening the overall economy,developing the characteristic industries of various districts,cities and counties,promoting the construction of the social service guarantee team in Guiyang and improving the guarantee mechanism.The fourth part of this article is conclusion,in this part,the conclusion and limitation of this study are discussed.
