In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of CPC convened smoothly,and the nineteen spirit made new guidance for the direction of comprehensive education reform.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,we must unswervingly take the China socialist educational development,adhere to the combination of Chinese and rooted in foreign financing,based on China's basic national conditions,follow the law of education,fully absorb the world beneficial educational achievements and experience of reform of education,enhance self-confidence,the development of modern education has Chinese characteristics,the world level,China wisdom the fate of the human community contribution to the construction of education.Therefore,with attitude of exploration,in this experimental teaching and research,the anchored teaching mode is infiltrated into the teaching of high school physical education.Anchored teaching mode is a problem based teaching.It focuses on students' feelings and experience for practical problems,so as to achieve the purpose of training students' physical and mental health,social adaptation,finding problems,and thinking independently and solving problems.I through a period of one semester internship in the first middle school of Anze County to carrying out this experiment teaching.The subjects of class 177 and class 178 in the second grade were selected as the subjects.The physical quality of the two classes and the psychological status of the sports were tested.The test results showed that there was no significant difference in the experiment.One of the classes is the experimental class using the anchoredteaching mode of teaching,one for the control of traditional teaching mode of teaching class express.The basic technology of high basketball is the key content of teaching,and the degree of mastering the skills of the two classes of students is compared and analyzed.The effects of two teaching modes on physical quality,interest in sports,learning attitude,autonomous learning ability and interpersonal communication are compared.So as to verify the teaching effect of anchored teaching mode,in order to improve the quality of physical education and provide more operable models for high school physical education.This paper mainly applies the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,and draws the following conclusions.(1)Anchored teaching mode and traditional sports teaching mode are beneficial to the development of students' physical quality.(2)In the field of basketball skill mastery,anchored instruction mode class is better than the traditional sports teaching mode in class score.Anchored instruction helps students to strengthen the basketball technical movements,body movement principle and the law of the understanding.(3)More attention is paid to the all-round development of students' body and mind in the course of anchored teaching.Such model of physical education can effectively stimulate students' interest in sports learning,autonomous learning ability,interpersonal skills and correct attitude towards physical education learning.
