Research On Incubation And Cultivation Of Sports Community Organization In Nanchong City

With the rise of the national fitness boom,sports have gradually become a new type of lifestyle.College sports associations play an important role in it,not only providing college students with sports platforms and places for exercise,but also an important platform for campus socialization.College students realize the value of sports while participating in sports and add sports colors to the construction of campus culture.The college sports clubs in Nanchong have developed rapidly in recent years,and the clubs have gradually grown in size,playing an important role in college extracurricular sports.This article first uses the comparative analysis method to analyze and summarize the relationship among college sports associations,sports associations,and social organizations.It also focuses on the analysis of the relevance of college sports associations and social organizations,and provides an empirical analysis and reference for Theoretical basis.Secondly,using questionnaires and interviews to analyze the status quo of sports club organizations in four universities in Nanchong City,it is found that there are still many problems and drawbacks in development and construction at the current stage.To solve and avoid related problems and drawbacks,we will look for Paths and methods,learning from the incubation model of social organizations and the introduction and analysis of advantages of NPI incubators of social organization incubators,provide reference for the incubation and research of college sports associations in Nanchong City.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions for the incubation and cultivation of college sports associations in Nanchong City.The following conclusions have been drawn from the research on the incubation and cultivation of sports clubs in colleges and universities in Nanchong:(1)The association analysis among college sports associations,sports associations,and social organizations shows that the three are inclusion relations.Sports community organizations are another type of social organization,and they are also a form of performance.They have the same organizational attributes;college sports community organizations are the existence of sports community organizations in specific circumstances;they are organized by factors such as attributes and functional characteristics.It is analyzed that social organizations include sports community organizations and college sports community organizations,and college sports community organizations are a subset and branch of sports community organizations.here are also many related issues between college sports associations and social organizations.They are analyzed and elaborated from the following five aspects:organizational attributes,organizational internal construction needs,the function of the government and universities,the source of funds,and the ultimate goal of the organization.(2)Using interviews and questionnaires to analyze the status quo of the development of college sports associations in Nanchong City,the following problems have been discovered:(1)The lack of policies and regulations concerning college organizations and organizations;(2)Shortage of funds and lack of facilities;(3)Insufficient attention and support from schools,unreasonable participation of community members,lack of professional instructors,lack of responsibilities of management staff and staff,poor management ability;(4)imperfect management system of sports associations,imperfect organization,lack of supervision mechanism.(3)Inspired by the case study of the incubation of social organizations,the NPI incubation model,the hatching mechanism,the advantages of the characteristics,and the main problems were summed up.In particular,the roles played by the various stakeholders in the resource integration platform in the incubation model and the relationships between the stakeholders were elaborated.At the same time,the difficulties and help content of the hatched social organizations were introduced.Finally,the advantages of NPI incubation model are proposed for reference.(4)According to the problems existing in the status quo of college sports associations in Nanchong City,under the model of incubating NPI social organizations,this paper puts forward the path and methods of incubation and cultivation:(1)To build a training and incubation platform for college sports associations in Nanchong City;(2)Give full play to the function of the university;(3)To improve the organization's own capacity building,and put forward relevant suggestions and solutions from the aspects of organization and institution construction,human resources,financial resources,community activity management,etc;(4)Constructing a sports community organization and management mechanism,starting from the two aspects of risk management mechanism and supervision mechanism of the society.
