With the change of environment and development situation of the global economy,a new round of technological revolution and the industrial revolution,changes in China's economic development environment,change the mode of economic development,industry transformation and upgrading,the development of China's economy and the huge challenge in machine.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important responsibility of training high-end technology application-oriented talents,inheriting technical skills,perfecting multi-level and multi type talents training system,and escorting the transformation and upgrading of industrial construction.Based on the call for national policy,more and more vocational colleges are changing from traditional teaching mode based on theory to practice teaching mode,offering specialty courses and expanding enrollment sources in specialty setting.Because full-time teachers in a school can't meet the needs of school in terms of quantity or quality,schools employ part-time teachers as part of practical teaching tasks,and most of the practical teachers in some schools are completed by part-time teachers.Therefore,the effect of teaching implementation of part-time teachers is an important part of teaching quality in vocational colleges,and a key link in the development of vocational colleges.It plays an important role in the training of high-end applied talents in vocational colleges.Therefore,it is very meaningful to find out the problems and analyze the problems in the teaching implementation of part-time teachers in vocational colleges,and find out suggestions to improve teaching process.The author through the analysis of the relevant literature,the main research focus on sorting out the following points: one is about the research and Discussion on the construction and management of part-time teachers;the research on compensation management of part-time teachers in vocational colleges;higher vocational schools "Double Teachers" teaching ability development research.There are few investigation and research related to the teaching implementation of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.In view of this,this paper takes the investigation and research of part time teachers' teaching implementation in Tianjin higher vocational colleges as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of part-time teachers by questionnaire.The whole process to students questionnaire to part-time teachers' teaching was conducted,mainly from the aspect of part-time teachers' teaching attitude,teaching methods,teaching principles,teaching organization,teaching methods,evaluation on students' motivation and summarize the teaching effect of system analysis,to understand the status and teachers teaching.It provides a basis for the objective and fair understanding of the practical teaching of part-time teachers in vocational colleges.This study selected the Tianjin higher vocational colleges as the research object.From the perspective of students,this paper systematically examines the process of teaching implementation of part-time teachers in Vocational Colleges from the perspective of questionnaires,finds out the problems existing in the process of teaching implementation,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the implementation process of part-time teachers.
