Nowadays,our country is in the rapid stage of economic and social development,the demand for skilled talents is great,and the quantity,structure and quality of skilled talents also have high demand.Secondary vocational education students have strong hands-on ability.It is the "blue collar" technical talents trained in China.With the development of the national policy of "developing secondary vocational education" and the continuous improvement of the market economy system,secondary vocational schools are gradually becoming independent education ontology and participating in the market competition.However,in recent years,most of the students enrolled in secondary vocational schools are low in education,poor learning motivation,poor learning perseverance and poor learning ability,and students are weary of learning,and the quality of the enrolled students is declining year by year.If this phenomenon can not be effectively improved,it will seriously affect the quality of vocational schools,influence the training quality of skilled personnel,and even affect the quality of production and the competitiveness of the market.How to effectively guide students to study in secondary vocational schools,enhance students' interest in learning,change passive learning into active learning and improve their learning ability,has received extensive attention from all walks of life.Learning analysis techniques can effectively use data and models to predict learners' learning progress and learning,and to identify potential problems and intervene quickly through analysis.This paper uses the learning analysis technology to analyze and diagnose the learning motivation,learning ability and learning effect of secondary vocational school students,that is to carry out the study of secondary vocational students' learning ability from the perspective of learning analysis,and find out the students' problems in the process of learning,so as to guide and intervene the students' learning behavior.Timely adjustment of teaching strategies is conducive to better improving students' learning effect and promoting students' individualized development.This paper first analyzes the background,significance and methods of the study,defines the related concepts,and applies the learning analysis technology to the study of students in secondary vocational school.Secondly,we build a learning force model of secondary vocational school students from the perspective of learning analysis,and analyze the implementation environment of the research.Under the network aided teaching platform,that is,through the Ling Bo multimedia network teaching assistant platform,317 students in 6 classes of senior workers have been carried out one term teaching practice for one term,and the relevant data formed by the students in the process of learning are collected.Node XL analysis tools are used to analyze the related data of learning ability.The feedback from the results will intervene students' learning behavior.Finally,the SPSS analysis tool is used to analyze the final exam results and questionnaires,and test the highest level of learning model,namely learning effect.This paper introduces learning analysis technology into secondary vocational education,and scientifically excavates and analyzes a large number of students' learning data.Through the results of the data,it can effectively evaluate the students' problems in the process of learning,and then feedback to the teachers,the teachers adjust the teaching strategy,change the students' learning behavior,optimize the learning effect,and then improve the learning ability of the secondary vocational students.By studying the use of learning analysis technology in secondary vocational school teaching,it is helpful to improve and enhance the learning effect.It has certain guiding significance and reference value for improving the learning ability of secondary vocational school students and for the future development of secondary vocational school students.
