The quality of classroom teaching in the elementary school "morality and the rule of law" has great influence on our country's ideological and political education.It is our major courses for primary school students ideological work,relationship to the future and destiny of the Chinese nation,is also related to the stability of the society,also is related to the cohesion of the Chinese nation,and even related to the rise and fall of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The purpose of this study is to promote education,to promote management and to promote communication.Through evaluation for teachers to have a comprehensive understanding of their own teaching work,positive enterprising spirit,training teachers can constantly improve the management level of schools and teachers and ability,also can promote the exchange of teachers to new ideas and teaching methods,improve their own shortcomings.At present,the scale method is widely used in the evaluation,but the current of primary moral teaching quality evaluation and assessment scale for primary school Chinese,maths and other subjects are almost identical,did not reflect the particularity of primary school moral,it is necessary to design a suitable elementary moral scale.This study "morality and the rule of law" in reference to domestic and foreign elementary school classroom teaching quality evaluation,on the basis of related research,combined with scale evaluation method,to some extent,can help to clear evaluation purpose,perfecting the evaluation subject elementary school "morality and the rule of law" classroom teaching quality evaluation system of organization and management.This paper intends to use the scientific education measurement technology and its quantitative methods to reflect the differences in the individual's behavior characteristics and ideological and moral feelings.The teaching objectives,teaching contents,multimedia usage and complex students' feelings are transformed into intuitive scores.Comparison,reduce the subjective evaluation personnel evaluation,can effectively control error,improve the accuracy of measurement,which makes elementary school "morality and the rule of law" classroom teaching quality evaluation more scientific.Starting from the practice,this study attempts to arouse the tao to researchers and elementary school teachers to the classroom teaching quality evaluation more attention and reflection,change the primary school "morality and the rule of law" in the classroom teaching quality assessment,there is no special situation.There are five parts in this article,the first part is the introduction.The following contents are included: the reasons and significance of the topic selection,definition of relevant concepts,literature review,research methods,research ideas and research contents,etc."Morality and the rule of law" in the second part: about elementary school classroom teaching quality evaluation scale of the current status of application of the analysis,through access to relevant data and in hubei province xuanen teachers,students and the local education authority as investigation object,summarizes the current "morality and the rule of law" in elementary school some of the problems existing in the classroom teaching quality evaluation.The Suggestions and directions of improvement are put forward for the existing problems.The third part: the design of the measurement scale.This part contains the following two aspects: first,the particularity of the quality assessment of the classroom teaching of morality and the rule of law;Second,scale design.Scale design include the following contents: evaluation goal,evaluation theory,evaluation standard,the preliminary assessment scale,the establishment good assessment scale for prediction and assessment of scale reliability and validity of the inspection.The fourth part: summarize the theoretical effect and the actual effect of this research,analyze the existing deficiencies,and propose the next steps of rectification measures.Part five: conclusion.Based on "morality and the rule of law" at home and abroad the research trend of classroom teaching quality evaluation scale,again emphasized the value of this research,but also the scale evaluation method in the application prospect of "morality and the rule of law" class is analyzed.
