This paper adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,and combines the teaching method of fun sports.It goes deep into the physical education teaching of in the Xiaxian middle school high school,and carries out teaching practice in the form of experiment.The experimental group adopts fun sports teaching method,while the control group adopts traditional physical education teaching method.The paper takes the national students' physical health standard as the evaluation system of the students' physical quality System,and the psychological benefit evaluation scale of the youth physical exercise is distributed before and after the experiment to grasp the psychological state of the students.The data collected before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software.The changes of students' physical indexes and the psychological changes of participating in physical exercise were observed,and the practical effect and influence of fun sports in middle school physical education were discussed.The results showed that there were significant differences in standing broad jump,sit and reach and one minute sit-up(female)between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.There were no significant differences in 50-meter running,800-meter(female),1000-meter(male),pull-up(male)and vital capacity between the experimental group and the control group.After the experiment,the P values of the three dimensions of peer relationship,body subjective perception and activity initiative were all less than 0.05,which meant there were significant differences.The P values of reasonable attribution,self-adjustment and social support were all greater than 0.05,which meant there was no significant difference.It is concluded that fun sports meet the physical exercise needs of students.The teaching contents are mainly interesting games,quality exercises and dynamic and static stretching.Students can get more exercise in the same time.Therefore,the teaching effect of fun sports is better than that of traditional sports,which has a positive influence on improving students' physical quality.Students' handling of interpersonal relations and their own emotions and other problems in fun physical education have significantlychanged,and the proportion of active participation in physical exercise has increased,indicating that the teaching effect of fun physical education can promote the development of psychological quality of teenagers more than that of traditional physical education.Fun sports,on the basis of retaining the advantages of traditional sports,improves and innovates the teaching content of traditional sports,arouses students' inner learning interest and motivation,and improves students' physical quality.Fun sports are widely used in middle school physical education,which is not only in line with the psychological development of students,but also meets the physical needs of students.It is very feasible.
