With the rapid development of science and technology,in order to adapt to this rapidly developing society,it is not enough for people to rely solely on other people's hands to teach,or just to learn in the classroom.They must constantly develop themselves to learn and improve themselves.And can always update their knowledge structure,so that they can adapt to this rapidly developing society,become a useful person to society,and can make their own strength for society.It can be seen that learning is of great importance,but it is more important to master the ability of learning and to be able to learn consciously and develop continuously.For junior high school children,they have a certain initial understanding of society,but the mind is not particularly mature,or excessive dependence on schools,teachers and parents.The traditional classroom will make students mistakenly believe that the purpose of learning is only for the examination,so that the children they have cultivated can't adapt well to the future society,because the traditional classroom teacher's cramming education makes students not learn by themselves.So we should learn to let go,so that students can truly become the masters of the classroom,let students participate in it.This paper mainly studies how to improve students'autonomous learning ability.I inquire a lot of literature through the literature method,understand the relevant theory,and re-innovate on the basis of the predecessors.By means of questionnaires and interviews,this paper understands the current situation of students'self-regulated learning,and investigates some teachers and students in three grades of A junior middle school in Songyuan City.After systematically analyzing the results of the survey,it finds out the factors affecting students' self-regulated learning:First,students' own reasons,their different learning motivation,their sense of honor,reasonable goal 4setting,peer interaction,and the degree of self-awareness will affect the mastery of autonomous learning ability.Secondly,in the social aspect,the modern society still pays too much attention to examinations,and the pressure of examination-oriented education still surrounds every student.Third,the teacher factor,the teacher has a great impact on students,but many teachers' understanding of autonomous learning is not enough,can not really effectively implement.Fourthly,in the family,parents' correct understanding of autonomous learning is very important,but some parents only look at scores,not ability.Through the analysis of the four factors,the author summarizes the corresponding strategies:cultivating the habit of preview,setting learning goals,facing the role of teachers,focusing on family atmosphere,creating a harmonious teaching atmosphere,guiding students to learn to question,and cultivating divergent thinking.By investigating and analyzing the current situation of students and summarizing the factors affecting students' autonomous learning,the strategies of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability are obtained,hoping to provide some help to front-line teachers.
