A new round of basic curriculum reform put forward the concept of curriculum resources.The local curriculum and school-based curriculum are the highlight and difficulty of this reform.The state distribute part of curriculum decision-making to local and school to let them participate in curriculum development which form the synergic curriculum structure,including national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum.According to the spirit of the new curriculum standard,the study of art courses is a kind of cultural study,which guides students to be the participant of cultural inheritance and communication.Today's art classes in primary schools need to be injected with brand new vitality.The local characteristic art resources which has rich humanistic connotation and unique curriculum mode,precisely make up the shortcoming.What's more,it is also the ideal way to cultivate children's imagination and creativity..Luoyang,which has a long history and profound cultural deposits,possesses abundant local art resources,which provide favorable guarantee for the development and implementation of are courses.according to the different characteristics,the author adopts different teaching strategies and chooses “the reshaping Tang” “see a fall moon palace lantern ” “The Magical Pen of Wang Duo ” “the spring of Luoyang,the beauty of peony ” as class example to put the development and utilization of local characteristics resources in art teaching in primary schools into practice.And then to sum up experience form the practice and reflect and research the encountering problems to adjust strategies timely.
