In essence,the fierce competition between countries all over the world is the competition of education and talents.Education is the basis of promoting social progress,national prosperity and national prosperity.In the new period,the CPC Central Committee has made a major deployment of giving priority to the development of education,accelerating the modernization of education and building a powerful country in education.It has clearly put forward and implemented the fundamental task of education,which is to build morality and cultivate people,and to develop quality education and promote educational equity.As the basic education to improve the national quality and to face the public,the general high school education has effectively promoted the development of quality education in China.In the new high school education reform,the new version of the general high school curriculum and program has condensed the core qualities of various disciplines for the first time.Geographic practice ability is listed as one of the four core qualities of geography.How to strengthen the cultivation of high school students' geographical practice ability and improve the current situation of emphasizing theory over practice in geography teaching is an urgent problem to be solved in geography teaching.Therefore,this paper investigates the effects of the production and use of geography teaching aids on the cultivation of high school students' geographical practical ability,in order to provide new ideas for the cultivation of high school students' core quality of geographical practical ability.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research background of this paper through literature research,combs the research status of geography teaching aids and high school students' geography practice ability,and then puts forward the main research objectives,contents,methods and technical routes of this paper.The second part defines geographical teaching aids and geographical practice,and collate the theoretical basis of this article.The third part uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the production and use of geography teaching aids,as well as the current situation of the cultivation of geographical practical ability,and makes a preliminary analysis of the existing problems.The fourth part makes geography teaching aids based on the teaching content of compulsory high school No.1 Middle School,and applies them to classroom teaching,investigates the teaching effect,and explores the influence of making and using geography teaching aids on the cultivation of geography practical ability.The fifth part summarizes and prospects the whole paper,summarizes the research contents and results,points out the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward some prospects for the cultivation of students' geographical practical ability.
