In today's world,science and technology are developing with each passing day.Modern information technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing and big data are profoundly changing human's ideas and ways of production,life and learning.The application of information technology in the field of basic education can make full use of network quality teaching resources,change the education and teaching environment,optimize the education and teaching contents and methods,change the education evaluation methods and management modes,and lay a good foundation for truly realizing personalized education based on people.As a junior high school Chinese curriculum in the compulsory education stage,it plays a key role in connecting the preceding with the following in Chinese learning in the primary and senior high schools,and is of great significance to students' learning and development.The Chinese reading teaching under the information environment can provide students with rich and colorful teaching situations and immerse them in the infinite charm of language and culture.It is possible to introduce themes rich in life into the classroom so that Chinese teaching can return to life again.It can provide students with various learning methods and enhance their awareness of autonomous learning.At the same time,reading,as the basic way to form,develop and improve students' Chinese literacy and Chinese ability,is the most important thing in Chinese learning and occupies a large proportion in the examination.Therefore,it is very necessary to use information technology to improve students' understanding,analysis and writing ability.However,due to the low and unbalanced level of economic development,there are many problems in the teaching of Chinese reading under the information environment in less developed areas of our country,especially in the schools in cities and towns below the 5th and6 th line of the central and western regions,especially in rural areas.In order to deeply understand the current situation of Chinese reading teaching in underdeveloped areas under the information environment,find the root of the problem,explore the strategies to solve the problems of Chinese reading teaching in underdeveloped areas under the information environment,and improve the effectiveness of Chinese reading teaching in junior high schools.This study selects 4 junior high schools in Hanzhong city,the five-line city where I studied for my master's degree,as the object of investigation and study,so as to obtain true and reliable data and provide a solid practical basis for this study.Hanzhong City is located in the Qinba Mountains.The city has 9 counties and 2 district,of which 9 counties are key counties in the national poverty alleviation and development work.The overall level of economic development is not high,and the level of educational informatization is low and extremely uneven.Compared with the requirements of the“Educational informatization 2.0 Action Plan”,information technology-assisted language teaching has a considerable lag.There are some problems,such as the backward concept of teacher education,single teaching method,low information technology literacy of teachers,imperfect school equipment,lack of high-quality teaching resources,etc.Under the information environment,junior high school Chinese reading teaching should follow the principles of dialogue,integration,situational and effectiveness.In the selection and use of teaching strategies,situations should be reasonably created to construct efficient classrooms.Clever use of media equipment to promote the development of thinking;Using mobile terminals to cultivate learning ability;Change the learning mode and strengthen the sense of autonomy.Under the information environment,junior high school Chinese reading teaching should fully consider the instrumental and humanistic nature of Chinese subject,adhere to the teaching law of teacher-led and student-centered,closely combine traditional teaching methods with modern teaching methods,and pay attention to practicality.
