Nowadays,the mode of economic development in the world has changed.Under the trend that the knowledge-based economy is dominant,the role of science and technology in promoting economic development is becoming more and more obvious.China is committed to building an innovative country.The transformation of the economy and society urgently needs the injection of scientific and technological innovation.However,at present,it faces the phenomenon of abundant human resources for science and technology and lack of talents for technological innovation.In order to explore the common characteristics of Zhejiang science and technology leading talents,this paper proposes feasible suggestions for the construction of China’s science and technology leading talents.The outstanding talents,technological innovation leading talents and technology entrepreneurship in the list of“10,000 people plan" promulgated by Zhejiang Province in 2018 The leading talents are the research objects,collecting the information presented by the leading talents of science and technology on their resumes and personal homepages,and drawing them into the "Summary Information Form for Science and Technology Leaders",using CV analysis,data analysis,case study,literature research and statistical analysis.From the perspectives of the personal characteristics of the leading talents in science and technology and the external environmental characteristics,the author studies the overall characteristics of the leading talents in science and technology.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:in terms of personal characteristics:the number of male scientific and technological leaders is obviously more than that of female;the age distribution of scientific and technological leaders has disciplinary differences;early residence in economically developed areas is beneficial to the growth of scientific and technological leaders;high education has a positive effect on the output of scientific and technological leaders;overseas study or visiting scientific experience has a positive effect on scientific and technological leaders The output of scientific and technological leaders has a positive impact;the professional distribution of scientific and technological leaders has disciplinary differences;and scientific and technological leaders have excellent qualities different from ordinary people.In terms of external environment characteristics,higher education and scientific research institutions provide a good scientific research environment for scientific and technological Leaders’ academic research;professional academic organization forms are beneficial to scientifie research of scientifie and technological leaders;first-time institutions working in their alma mater have a negative impact on scientific and technological leaders;work mobility has a positive effect on the output of scientific and technological leaders;family has a positive effect on scientific and technological Leaders’ achievements;Talents have a significant impact.
