| After the Revolution of 1911,China gradually carefully examined the development of Western sports,and began to change from the concept of sports as a strong soldier,a strong species and a powerful country to the concept of sports competition,fitness,leisure and entertainment.Under the influence of this concept,the Chinese sports thought began to germinate slowly and various modern sports thought began to develop.People began to spontaneously spontaneously organize sports activities and competitions.Under the leadership of the All-China Sports Association,the development of sports in the Republic of China showed prosperity."Sports Quarterly" is the epitome of sports in the Republic of China,but the research on the 1935 edition of "Sports Quarterly" in the Republic of China is not yet mature.This paper makes a detailed study on the development of sports and the birth,development and impact of "Sports Quarterly" in the Republic of China.It is found that among the sports periodicals in the period of the Republic of China,the sports quarterly published in 1935 has become a landmark document for people to study the development of sports in the Republic of China.This paper introduces in detail the specific state of the sprouting of sports thought in China at that time,records a large number of world-class sports events,and begins to carry out preliminary sports theory research.These records and studies in the initial period of our sports thought have accelerated the development of our sports cause.At the same time,this quarterly magazine has become an important basis for studying the development of our sports thought.In order to increase the credibility of this paper,this paper also makes a detailed study of the same periodicals in the same period,so as to make a comparative analysis.Finally,it confirms the importance of Sports Quarterly to the development of China's sports cause in the Republic of China.Finally,this paper also visits the scholars who are engaged in sports research in China by means of document investigation to obtain modern research data and increase the authenticity of this paper.The conclusions are as follows: 1.It is found that the sports quarterly magazine is more practical than the sports literature of the same period,and its coverage of sports events is particularly detailed,which plays an enlightening role in stimulating the modern sports thoughts of the Chinese people.2.Sports Quarterly was the main periodical of the Sports Association of China at that time,and its importance was the most at that time,which also became a heavyweight sports periodical in the period of the Republic of China.3.There are a large number of sports research literature in Sports Quarterly,which is the biggest highlight of the journal.The professional knowledge of sports training is introduced by pictures and texts.This phenomenon has promoted the development of sports thought in China,and has a decisive relationship with the promotion of sports for the public in the Republic of China.Research suggestions: 1.The information records of the meetings of the All-China Sports Association in the "Sports Quarterly" are helpful to study the organizational form,nature and methods of organizing activities of the All-China Sports Association.2.By synthesizing the sports events recorded in Sports Quarterly and the records of sports achievements,this paper summarizes the development of sports at that time,which is of certain value to the study of the development of sports at home and abroad during the Republic of China.3.Through the government's attitude towards sports,we can see the sports policy at that time,and understand the government of the Republic of China has research value. |
