With the development of new curriculum reform,New course standard has raised higher requirement to the political lesson,This is a great test of the teacher's teaching ability.Teachers should not only make the political class more efficient,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' ideological and moral character,the cultivation of discipline core quality,and the guidance of correct values.Ending skill as an important part of teacher's teaching skills,It plays an important role in improving teachers' teaching ability and promoting the implementation of new curriculum standards.The exertion of teachers' ending skills has a direct influence on the quality of the ending links in classroom teaching.As an indispensable part of a complete classroom teaching,the end of the link plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching.On the basis of collecting and analyzing a large number of data,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the ending skills of teachers,analyzing the problems in the application of ending skills in current teaching,combined with educational practice cases,Define the role,method,principles and evaluation method of ending skill in classroom teaching,try to find effective ways to improve the teacher's ending skills.I hope I can make a small contribution to help teachers improve their skills and improve classroom teaching theories through my own superficial research.This paper is divided into three parts except the introduction.The first part,summarize the connotation,type,method and function of ending skill.The author thinks that the ending part includes four parts: knowledge summary-exercises-homework assignment-summary and sublimation.The ending type is divided into teacher-led type and student-led type.The main methods are induction,practice,heuristics,discussion and question,blending of common sense,comparison and difference.Its main functions include consolidating knowledge,timely feedback,connecting the past and the future,promoting thinking,sublimating emotions,and promoting teacher development.The second part,according to the classroom observation and interview results,analyzesthe problems existing in the practical application of ending skills in the current ideological and political classroom teaching and the causes of the problems.At present,some teachers can effectively use the ending skills in classroom,But there are problems,For example,some teachers lack the link of class completion,the form is simple,emphasis on the achievement of knowledge goals,lack of pertinence,effectiveness,etc.And make attribution analysis from ideology and teaching ability.The third part,The corresponding countermeasures to promote the effective application of ending skills in ideological and political classroom teaching are discussed.Including the implementation of technical skills should follow the principles,methods,means of application and evaluation of skills,etc.
