The new college entrance examination reform puts forward higher requirements for teachers and students.In 2017,Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools pointed out that the training goal of ordinary high schools aims to help students master scientific and cultural knowledge,at the same time,which focus on the development of students' core literacy and realize the sustainable development of students.Classroom is the main front for teachers to impart knowledge and train students' ability,and it is the common pursuit for teachers and students to create efficient mathematics classroom.The teaching mode of "guidance and interaction" serves for effective teaching.This paper is a practical research on the teaching mode of "guidance and interaction" in high school mathematics teaching.In the past,there are many articles about "interactive teaching mode",but few refer to the teaching practice of high school mathematics.Collecting materials through appeal to some documents,the author expounds the research background and significance of this paper,she made it clear that the content of the "guide to learn interaction" teaching pattern and implementation procedures combine with the characteristics of high school mathematics and high school students' psychological characteristics.The version of the characteristics of the mathematics teaching material,analysis of learning "interaction" teaching pattern in the high school mathematics teaching implementation feasibility.The author gives three teaching types,for example new teaching,practice sessions and review lessons.And the author chooses two parallel classes of senior two to carry out a semester-long teaching experiment.In terms of teaching methods,the "interactive teaching" mode is adopted for the experimental class,while the traditional teaching method is adopted for the contrast class.At the end of the experiment,the changes of students' scores in the two classes were compared,and a questionnaire was set up to investigate the students' learning interest,learning ability and learning habits,as well as their different understandings of the teacher-student relationship.The author conducts interviews with students to gain an in-depth understanding of how students of different learning levels adapt to the teaching mode of "guide learning interaction".The research draws the following conclusions: the teaching mode of "interaction between teachers and students" can improve students' math learning achievements and interests,contribute to cultivating students' good math learning habits,enhancestudents' comprehensive abilities,promote teachers' professional development and form a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.However,"guide learning interaction" teaching pattern is not everything.There are some problems that the first-tier high school mathematics teachers should be paid attention to in practice:the teaching model is difficult to face to all the students,so the teachers should pay attention to take care of the students who have learning difficulties both inside and outside the classroom.the teaching model also requires the teachers should have higher ability to grasp the classroom and to use the "guide learning interaction" teaching pattern flexibility in the teaching.
