Based on the theory of chain operation and the 4P theory of Mc Carthy marketing,this study makes a comparative study on the four dimensions of product,price,location and advertising promotion of chain commercial fitness clubs in China and Germany by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and logical analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper makes a horizontal comparative study of the operation and management of chain commercial fitness clubs in China and Germany.It chooses four dimensions of product,price,location and advertisement promotion to study vertically.It concludes that there are various kinds of products and prices of chain commercial fitness clubs in China,and the payment method requires one-time payment;while the price and payment of chain commercial fitness clubs in Germany.Fees are relatively single,payment methods are monthly payment system,the same club brand prices are mostly consistent;China's chain commercial fitness clubs are crowded,mostly concentrated in urban centers,while Germany's more decentralized,fully achieve uniform distribution of urban and rural areas;Germany's chain commercial fitness clubs advertising promotions are unified by the headquarters,while China's chain merchants.Advertising promotion of fitness clubs does not really allow headquarters to plan uniformly,so advertising promotion between branches is more complicated.(2)China's current economic situation and policy promulgation are all suitable for the vigorous development of chain commercial fitness clubs in China,and compared with Germany,chain commercial fitness clubs in China have a larger market size and better development potential.As long as the chain commercial fitness clubs in China develop according to the scientific management mode,they will surely achieve satisfactory results.(3)The factors affecting the operation and management of chain commercial fitness clubs can be divided into three categories: economy,society and policy.At present,China's economic development lags behind Germany and social development lags behind Germany.However,the government of our country actively promulgates policies and regulations suited to our national conditions.Therefore,after decades of development,chain commercial fitness clubs in China will reach German chain commercial fitness.The current level of the club.
