This paper takes the career development of art middle school students as the research object,combs the relevant theories of career at home and abroad through the literature method,and introduces the typical and domestic career education achievements in foreign career education.as the theoretical research basis of this article.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,three types of career development of professional students in the arts are summarized.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of career development of various types,the current situation of career education and its influencing factors,the three dimensions of family,school,and family are analyzed.The corresponding educational countermeasures are put forward for different types.By means of questionnaire,the author investigates the career choice,career cognition,career orientation and career guidance expectation of art middle school students,and finds that the current art middle school students show different career development status among the above career development factors.At the same time,the survey learned that most art secondary vocational schools do not pay enough attention to career education,and there is no standard and no system for curriculum establishment;The career development needs of art middle school students are very high.They hope that professional career coaching will help them find career development goals that are suitable for them and solve their confusion and helplessness.Through the interview method,the author explores the career development characteristics and career education status and causes displayed by the professional students and teachers in the art category,and analyzes the different career development characteristics of the professional students in the art category: the first group of students has high artistic talent and good professional foundation.Career development goals are more clear;The second group of students have high interest in art but weak professional foundation.Their career development may be mainly in the field of art,but their goals are not yet clear.The third group of students do not have strong interest in art,weak professional foundation,chaotic career development,and muddling through.The study found that families,schools and teachers are the main factors influencing the development of professional career in art.Based on the results of the questionnaire and the analysis of interviews,this paper puts forward the relevant career development strategies for the three types of students 'career development through the three dimensions of family,school and teacher: different types of students' families implement different career education strategies.At the same time,we must have a forward-looking vision to guide children to actively adapt to social changes and changes in the professional world;Schools should implement career education strategies based on different types of student career development,mainly from the four aspects of educational philosophy,curriculum setting,graduate exports,and campus humanities environment;Teachers should be trained to obtain professional qualifications,establish a professional career education faculty,and at the same time exert the influence of art majors.According to different types of student career development,they should respect students' differences and target career education.
