The research on the subject teaching of emotional education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law is the main way of emotional education in junior middle school in the new period.Optimizing the specific teaching mode of emotional education theme teaching at this stage to clarify the outstanding problems existing in the teaching process,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,which will help to improve the effectiveness of emotional education theme teaching in "Morality and the Rule of Law",safeguard the good feelings of junior high school students,and ensure the free and comprehensive development of junior high school students.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research experience,the main innovation points,the research methods and basic ideas.The second part elaborates the connotation and characteristics of emotional education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law,and clarifies its significance.The third part investigates the current situation of emotional education subject teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law under the reform of the new curriculum standards in China through questionnaires,and deeply analyses that in the course of Morality and Rule of Law,the subject orientation of emotional education is to control deviation and the teaching goal is to be set.The teaching process is not emotional,the form is single and rigid,the teaching methods are improper,lack of spiritual resonance,the relationship between teaching subjects is discordant and divorced from real life,and the teaching is not grounded.Neglect the prominent problems such as "educating people first" and lack of deep understanding of teaching concepts,and analyze the causes of these problems;the fourth part is the focus of the full text.Aiming at the prominent problems existing in emotional education subject teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which mainly include: combining with actual life,docking "ground gas" and highlighting the life-oriented integration of emotional subject teaching;creating situations,introducing situational teaching,improving the actual effect of emotional subject teaching;optimizing self-image and highlighting emotional education subject teaching.The concept of "educating people as the basis" can solve the crux of ineffective teaching,such as the lack of deep understanding of teaching ideas,the combination of teachers and students,and the strengthening of the "resonance" of the subject of emotional subject teaching,so as to enhance the effectiveness of emotional subject teaching in the course of "morality and rule of law".
