At present,the emphas is on teachers' burden has become a very prominent issue in China's education reform.In particular,the overall emphasis on the burden of junior high school teachers is enough to have a series of negative impacts on the work attitude,life attitude and personal psychology of junior high school teachers.If the burden of junior high school teachers is too heavy,it will lead to excessive stress on personal work and life.Some junior high school teachers will have negative emotions on work and family and reduce the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,the issue of the burden of junior high school teachers should be paid enough attention to reduce the burden of junior high school teachers in a timely manner,reduce the personal pressure of junior high school teachers,and thus improve the quality of education and teaching.In this regard,through the collection of a large number of literature,understand the current burden of junior middle school teachers,comprehensive factors,determine the research theme of this paper.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method to whole burden of the current state of the junior high school teacher has carried on the investigation and analysis,in the integration of literature,to determine the core concept of this study,as well as the premise of theoretical basis,from junior high school teachers' work burden,economic burden,and teachers' overall burden of three dimensions for junior high school teacher has carried on the investigation and analysis.Based on the analysis of different influencing factors,this study finds that the heavy burden of junior middle school teachers is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,at the work level,junior middle school teachers work long hours and a large workload,and the school organize too many training and meetings;Second,in the economic level,junior middle school teachers' salary income is low,the economic pressure is great;And the teacher welfare treatment is lower;Third,at the level of teachers themselves,junior middle school teachers are overburdened physically and mentally and their family affairs distract their attention.On the basis of the burden of lay particular stress on the performance of the junior high school teachers,combining with job burnout theory,theory of psychological stress,social support theory,humanistic management theory,from the society,school and students,and teachers' four aspects analyzes the cause of junior high school teachers' burden overall lay particular stress on,and on this basis,put forward the targeted strategy,aims to reduce the burden of junior high school teachers,improve education quality of teaching.First,work level.Clarify junior middle school teachers' working hours;Improving teacher evaluation system;To carry out the people-oriented management mode and help junior middle school teachers to improve the predicament of student management;Reducing the workload of junior middle school teachers and training programmes;Improve junior middle school teachers' working environment and build a harmonious campus.Second,the economic dimension.Raise the salary of junior middle school teachers;We will appropriately increase the welfare of junior high school teachers.Finally,teachers themselves.To realize the self-development of junior middle school teachers and improve their professional quality and maturity;Strive for the understanding of the society,students' families and their own families,and seek the care of the social system;Adjust self pressure and face multiple pressures correctly.
