Research On The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education tends to focus on the cultivation of some professional skills of the students,which can meet social needs for skilled talents for a short time.However,they cannot adapt to the rapid development of the current social economy.Carrying out the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,to cultivate students'innovative thoughts,entrepreneurial consciousness and the comprehensive ability needed for innovation and entrepreneurship,which is a new requirement for the training of talents in higher vocational colleges to adapt the society.Firstly,the author have read many relevant literature to sort out the present situation of the theme at here and abroad.Secondly,adopting the method of questionnaire and telephone interview to investigate some teachers and students in four higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou,and making the statistic to analyse the existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational colleges.There are three main problems,deviation in the orientation,the education system imperfect and lack of support system.Last but no least,based on the experience of the outstanding innovation and entrepreneurship education in the mainland of China and the individual higher vocational colleges in Taiwan,putting forward the solution strategies:setting up a strategic concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,optimizing the existing system from the four aspects:the construction of teachers,the curriculum,the perfect practice platform and the establishment of an effective multi-party evaluation system,improving the support system from three aspects:strengthening the support of the government,enhancing the enthusiasm of the enterprises and building the culture of the innovative entrepreneurship in campus.In order to provide guidance for developing innovative and entrepreneurial education in Fuzhou and other higher vocational colleges in China.
