University is a key stage in the growth of students.The key events experienced by students in this critical period not only affect the emotions and behaviors of college students at the university level,but also affect their cognitive development.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the self-development of college students by understanding the key events of college students’ school experience,clarifying the basic state of college students’ life in school,analyzing the causes of key events of college students and the ways of influencing college students during their school years.However,from the research literature on the growth and development of college students,academic circles have studied the common law of college students’ group growth,and lack of in-depth research on the individual growth of college students(especially local college students).Therefore,based on the perspective of college students’ growth history,this study uses qualitative research methods to explore key events that have important implications for the growth of research objects.The purpose of this study is to interpret the distribution of key events of college students;to analyze student behaviors and psychological changes in key events,and to use Y colleges as a sample school.This paper selects the representative seniors in terms of gender,major,and growth experience.The research subjects conducted in-depth interviews with46 graduates of Y University in 2017,and used interview analysis and situation analysis to integrate interview materials and finally reached conclusions.This study finds that these “key events” mentioned by college students generally have a strong “self-experience” color,that is,the participation process of the event contains a deep judgment of the subject value and some current motivational needs;secondly from the key events.In terms of overall distribution,the key events of the student activity in the second and second stage are the most frequently mentioned.The junior and senior stages are the most frequently mentioned in the academic and social practice key events,that is,the university experience of undergraduates in Y.In each learning phase,there is a type of key event that dominates.Finally,the rooted theory derived from this paper includes the following points: First,the “key events” of Y undergraduates are the subject’s automatic balance tendency and selection tendency in the absence of the state.Second,the Y undergraduate students“The key event is that it constantly harmonizes multiple realities and needs on the road of self-growth.They always have the pursuit of self-realization,but because of the lack of clear pursuit path,their way of pursuing self is more inclined to choose “close-range motivation”.seeking "quick response" for quick feedback.
