In recent years,the issues of class cadres have been widely concerned.Most researchers have focused their research on the class cadre system and the class teacher.However,how the class cadre is produced and students are the main body of the class ignored.This study summarizes the proper state of the primary school cadre production mechanism by combing the connotation of the role of the cadre,the role of the cadre,the standard of the class cadre,the way of the cadre’s production,and the problems of the cadre’s mechanism.Under the guiding ideology of combining theory with practice,it analyzes and compares the mechanism of the cadre’s production mechanism and reveals that the mechanism of class cadres is closely related to students.Students are the masters of the class,and they are composed of different intelligence.As a platform for the development of students,the primary school class cadre generation mechanism should enable every student to have the opportunity of comprehensive development.This research takes the theory of human comprehensive development and the theory of multiple intelligence as the theoretical basis.Under the guidance of the case study method under the qualitative research paradigm,the four main methods of observation,interview,physical analysis and literature analysis are used.The data collection method is a detailed and in-depth study of the mechanism of the primary school cadres.On this basis,we explored several ways that primary school cadres used in the primary school: direct appointment,democratic election,free election,rotation,and the feelings of the different middle-aged students.In analyzing thethe mechanism of class cadres,such as the monotonous fixation of the mode of cadre production,the single form of standard for class cadres,and the simple one-sided understanding of class cadres.These problems are reflected from the side.The teacher of the shifting class has a bias in understanding the subject and the value of the class cadre.In view of the problem of the mechanism of class cadres,this study explores the causes of problems from both internal and external aspects,and puts forward some specific countermeasures and Suggestions,such as rebuilding the understanding of the role of class cadres,strengthening the substantive dialogue between teachers and students,and examining the development of students from the perspective of multiple intelligence.
