With the advent of the "Picture Reading Era" and the development of "Internet+" the way we live has immensely changed.The popularization of mobile phones,tablets,SLR and other devices and the improvement of photographic functions have brought photography into people's daily life.More and more people are accustomed to recording their lives and sharing their precious moments with friends through photographs.But studies have shown that people still have a poor knowledge of photography.In teaching the subject of art in senior high school,the "Art Course Standards for Senior High School"(2017 edition)has explicitly incorporated the "Modern Media Art"module as an optional compulsory course,and added two other important modules,namely"core literacy of art subject" and "academic quality".The curriculum standards have stipulated that finding problems in situations and using knowledge and skills to solve them,as well as values,thinking methods,behavioral characteristics and the comprehensive state of solving problems displayed by students in the process,are the core qualities of the discipline.Comparing the modules of Fine Arts in senior high school,the practicability of photography course in teaching modern media art can not be underestimated.As people shoot more and more frequently in their daily life,it is inevitable that photography course will be one of the courses with high "conversion rate" and "utilization rate" of knowledge.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 analyses the background of the era of photography teaching in senior high school,and investigates and analyses the students' understanding of photography so as to provide data reference for the teaching of photography.Chapter 2 is a comparative study of the curriculum standards of2017 edition and 2003 edition,further explaining that the new curriculum standards have raised the requirements of photography course,and analyzing and studying the photography course textbooks.On the basis of the analysis the teaching plan of photography course is formulated.Chapter 3,according to the development of current information technology,summarizes and finds out that only through practice can students gain knowledge and skills in this course.By encouraging students to think and teachers to demonstrate and explain,and by completing the thematic task in photography teaching,photography knowledge can be instilled in students' minds and core literacy of art subject achieved.Chapter 4 analyses the teaching objectives of photography course based on the core literacy,and how to promote students' thinking,teachers' demonstration and thematic teaching in class.Chapter 5 summarizes the results of the research of photography teaching in senior high school,and reflects on the limitations of this study and the prospects for photography teaching.In this paper,by using the methods of literature research,investigation and teaching practice,the teaching of photography in senior high school based on the core quality of fine arts is explored profoundly.The author has figured out the teaching methods and strategies suitable for high school photography course.By giving photography course and encouraging students to participate actively in daily photography creation,teachers can improve students' photography level and greatly cultivate their core qualities of art subject.
