Nowadays,weariness of learning has become a social problem of general concern.The main manifestations of pupils' weariness of learning are lack of interest in learning,loss of learning motivation,lack of attention in class,inadvertent completion of homework after class,poor academic performance,and even truancy,truancy,or even dropout.How to effectively control the occurrence of learning-weariness,improve students' Learning-weariness behavior,let them develop good learning habits,and really solve the problem of Learning-weariness has become an urgent problem for parents and schools.It is understood that,in view of the situation of primary school students' weariness,the solution generally stays in the critical education of parents and teachers,and the effect is not ideal.Some scholars focus on theoretical assumptions and institutional reforms when they study the problem of children's school-weariness.The countermeasures put forward by some scholars are relatively broad and not practical.Few studies have sought to solve the problem of children's School-weariness from practice.Therefore,it has become a difficult problem in today's educational circles to explore how to help children solve the problem of school weariness from the realistic situation.In this study,interviews,observations and case studies are used as basic research methods.A case study of a fifth grade primary school student who is tired of learning is conducted.On the basis of observation and interviews,the causes of the problem are analyzed.The study found that there are two main reasons: internal factors and external factors.The internal factors mainly include unclear learning objectives,lack of learning motivation and interest,short attention duration and poor persistence.External factors include parents' high expectations,lack of communication,blind choice of counseling institutions in the family,teachers' inability to take into account all students,heavy burden of schoolwork and teachers' outdated teaching evaluation methods.On the basis of the analysis of the causes,guided by the positive reinforcement method in Nottings' caring education theory and behaviorism theory,using the method of case study,the author carried out five stages of educational transformation.First of all,communicate with the case-owner teacher,hoping that the teacher will give more care and encouragement to the case-owner,and help the case-owner regain confidence.Secondly,provide practical education knowledge and methods for the parents of the case-holder.Then,through in-depth communication with the case owner,we can accurately understand the real needs of the case owner,formulate incentive programs and homework counseling plans to help the case owner clear learning objectives.Through the formulation of incentive measures,help the case owners to build up confidence in learning.Finally,through the game to cultivate the focus and perseverance of the project owners.After five educational transformations,after evaluation,it is found that the Learning-weariness mood and behavior of the case have been improved to a certain extent,and the Learning-weariness transformation has achieved the desired results.
