The level of scientific research is an important factor to measure the degree of national development,and to a certain extent,the quality of school education depends on the level of teachers' scientific research.As an important part of the development of school education,scientific research is shouldering the important task of innovating school education and improving the quality of teachers.In recent years,due to the trend of teacher specialization,teacher scientific research has become an inevitable requirement of the development of modern education.In other words,"the teacher becomes the researcher",the contemporary high school teacher should play the dual role of "the teacher" and "the researcher".At the same time,the formation and enrichment of teachers' scientific research system must be based on solid educational theory and empirical research.The article is divided into four parts: the first part discuss the necessity of the investigation on the current situation of high school teachers' ability of educational research in the former Central Soviet area of South Jiangxi,stated the research background,research significance,defines the related concept of teachers' scientific research.At the same time,the domestic and foreign teachers' scientific research are discussed.In the second part,taking Chongyi high school in the former Central Soviet area of South Jiangxi as an example,through the questionnaire and interview of Chongyi hign school teachers,from the aspects of the teachers' understanding of research and scientific research achievements,teachers' scientific research methods,importance attached by school,research training,the author finds high school teachers' literacy theory lacking school scientific research conditions undeveloped,and evaluation methods limited according to the survey results.The third part analyzes the problems existing in the scientific research of senior high school teachers in the former Central Soviet District of Gannan and the influencing factors.The last part,based on the problems reflected,the author puts forward strategies to enhance the scientific research ability of high school teachers in the former Central Soviet area of South Jiangxi: first,teachers themselves should improve the their scientific literacy and understanding;second,school should create a good environment to provide premises for teachers' scientific research;finally,the policy support of the education department is an important part to ensure the orderly operation of teachers' scientific research.
