| The key to education modernization lies in improving teachers’ professional level,and the new round of basic education reform puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ professional growth.The new teachers are in the initial and the most important stage of teachers’ professional growth.At the same time,the professional growth of the new teachers can not be separated from “practical reflection,partner assistance and professional guidance”,while “trial teaching” is the comprehensive embodiment.Therefore,we should build a good “trial teaching” platform for the professional growth of the new teachers,so as to improve their teaching level and professional quality.This research adopts the research method of educational narrative,and selects three new Chinese teachers from Changsha Primary School as the research objects.They only works for 0-1,1-2 and 2-3 years respectively and are in the initial stage.Through observation,interview and data collection,this paper describes and reorganizes the practical experience of the three teachers in “trial teaching” and presents it in the form of a growth story.Moreover,this paper interprets,analyzes and thinks about the process of “trial teaching” of the three teachers from the perspective of professional growth.Secondly,on the basis of narrative research,this paper analyzes thepositive value and positive role of “trial teaching” in the professional growth of new Chinese teachers from primary school from four aspects in the professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional feelings.In addition,through in-depth analysis and exploration,it is found that the Chinese new teachers have three major problems in the growth of “trial teaching”,including the double burden of daily life and “trail teaching”activities,the insufficiency of methods and forms,the absence of professional development planning and guidance.Finally,focusing on the practical problems existing in the “trial teaching” of the new Chinese teachers from primary school,this paper thinks about how to improve the activities of “trial teaching”,and gives suggestions from three aspects in the giving of humanistic care,the establishment of a perfect “trial teaching” system and the provision of effective “trial teaching” guidance,so as to better realize the professional growth of the new Chinese teachers from primary school in the “trial teaching”. |
