With the rapid development of society,the trend of sub-health psychology among young students is becoming more and more obvious.This phenomenon is gradually attracting the attention of society,school and family." Ordinary High School Chinese Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" emphasizes that Chinese teaching should focus on cultivating students' development of psychology and personality.Chinese textbooks contain rich resources to guide students' sub-health psychology and have a unique advantage in sub-health psychology.However,the use of the nature of Chinese courses and play the role of Chinese textbooks to counseling students' sub-health psychology in Chinese teaching is still in practice.At present Chinese teaching is effectiveless in counseling students' sub-health psychology and promoting students' health psychology.This paper takes the high school students of Linchuan No.1 Experimental School in Jiangxi Province as the research object,summarizes the problems of students' sub-health psychology,and attempts to propose from three aspects: high school Chinese teaching goal design,teaching content design,teaching process and method design.Actively guide the teaching strategies of students' sub-health psychology,and finally aim at five typical sub-health psychological problems,taking the five texts of high school Chinese textbooks as an example to carry out teaching design,and put the cases into teaching practice,in order to help high school effective teaching of psychology provides theoretical and practical reference.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the definition of the main concept and the theoretical basis of this research.It explains the importance and necessity of mitigating students' sub-health psychology from the theoretical level.The second chapter investigates and analyzes the psychological status of high school students in Linchuan No.1 Middle School Experimental School in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,and summarizes some performances of students in sub-health psychology,revealing sub-health psychology 'negative impact on the current students' learning and life.The third chapter is based on the high school Chinese textbook(People's Education Edition compulsory 1-5),extract some of the articles,analyze the content of psychology health education,to optimize the teaching objectives,extending the teaching content and skill teaching from the perspective of the Chinese teaching strategy,to actively counseling the sub-health psychology of high school students.The fourth chapter is an example and implementation of Chinese teaching to ease the sub-health psychology of high school students.For the five sub-health psychological problems,taking the five texts of the high school Chinese textbook to focus on design the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and methods.Make full use of the nature and characteristics of the Chinese subject in the process of teaching implementation,refer to students' sub-health psychological problems and helps students gradually recover heir psychology health.
