With the promulgation of the General high school physics curriculum standards(2017 edition)(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard),the topic of core competencies has transferred from the theoretical discussion and research of experts and scholars to the exploration and attempt on the practical teaching level of front-line teachers.A curriculum reform centering on the core competencies of discipline is about to sound the horn of the charge.So far,the research on the core competencies of physics is becoming mature and perfect in the field of education,the next problem that front-line teachers need to face and urgently to solve is how to implement core competencies into physics teaching and to achieve the "landing","deconstruction","transformation" and "formation" of high school physics core competencies.In order to achieve the requirements of core competencies under the new curriculum standard as soon as possible,Chinese experts and scholars have found that unit teaching design can provide suitable soil for the landing,rooting and germination of the core competencies of the discipline.In summary,the author selects the electrostatic field of high school physics elective course 3-1 as the research object to carry out the unit teaching design.The designed unit teaching design case was put into two parallel classes in Xinhui a Middle School of Aohan in Chifeng city for a half-year teaching practice research.The main purpose of this study is to promote the classroom transformation with the help of unit teaching design,so as to achieve the core competencies.Therefore,this paper will focus on the following research contents and research methods.First of all,the author uses the literature research method to summarize the research background and research status of unit teaching design at home and abroad,expounds the purpose,significance and method of this research,and defines the relevant concepts and connotation of core competencies,physics core competencies and unit teaching design.Then,the author uses the literature analysis method to discusses the necessity and suitability of the teaching activities of the first-line teachers in the unit teaching design,and summarize the connotation and advantages,methods and steps of unit teaching design.In the end,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,the author classifies and analyzes the distribution of high school physics core competencies that should be reflected in the unit module of electrostatic field,The purpose is to determine the high school physics core competencies that should be permeated in each unit,Thenthe author carries out the unit teaching design case and puts into practice teaching,After the unit teaching activity,the author also analyzes and evaluates the practical effects of unit teaching design from multiple angles,deep levels and all directions.Through the consolidation of the early theoretical basis,the author deepened the organic communication and seamless connection between new curriculum standard and electrostatic field,provided the operation steps of unit teaching design,and showed the concrete approach to achieve the core accomplishment of physics discipline.Through the later practice effect test,the practice teaching under the guidance of unit teaching design is helpful for students to master the overall structure and logical relationship of unit knowledge,so as to form the necessary character and key ability to adapt to lifelong development.
