Since the 1980 s,Chinese society in the transition period has undergone profound changes in its Socio-Economic structure,cultural forms,and values.The scale of social mobility in this context has increased,and the emergence of migrant children has also emerged as a result of the wave of labor migration.In an increasingly complex and ever-changing social environment,social competition has increased,and migrant children face enormous challenges in the development of personal self-ability,interaction of family relationships,and mobilization of community resources.The thesis aims to explore how to improve the resilience of migrant children through practical work,so that migrant children can face challenges positively,and the body's resistance and psychological resilience are developed.In order to improve the ability of migrant children to cope with setbacks,the paper uses survey research and field research methods,combined with questionnaires,interviews,Scale and literature methods to collect data.The paper randomly selected 155 migrant children from Shenzhen D community to investigate the process of resilience dimension of migrant children in self-protection factors,family-level protection factors,school-level protection factors and community-level protection factors.The SPSS.20 statistical software was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire survey to analyze the current status of children's resilience in the D community.The practical part of the thesis is to specifically intervene the mobile children with low resilience in Shenzhen D community,applying the group work methods under the interactive mode,and carry out the Resilience Improvement Team for Migrant Children under the guidance of the theory of stress resistance and ecosystem theory.Serving content through system and forward six-segment group activities,social workers grasp the development process of each stage of the group,and record the group process in detail and practically.The team's process evaluation is carried out through the group preparation period,the group's initial stage,the group's mid-term,the group's late stage and the group's end period,the preparation and development of each stage,the performance of the participants,the social work performance,and the effect of the activities.The results of the group activities were evaluated by the number of participants,the satisfaction status,the achievement of the goals,andthe group's pre-and post-test.Under the mode of group interaction,through the interaction and mutual support between the team members and the social environment,the team members are encouraged to grow up in the interdependence of the community,and correctly understand the adversity on the theoretical level;At the practical level,it is able to tap its potential,improving self-confidence in dealing with setbacks,and the ability to link resources.Eventually,the team members will be subjective and improve their ability to handle setbacks.The paper validates the feasibility and applicability of using group work methods in interactive mode to improve the resilience of migrant children.Therefore,the main research conclusion of the thesis is that the level of resilience of migrant children in Shenzhen D community is higher;Using localized interactive groups can improve the resilience of migrant children;Improving the resilience of migrant children requires the establishment of a trinity mutual aid system for family,school and society.However,in the process of summarizing and reflecting,there are still some shortcomings in the social research and practical work of the thesis.The specific research design and practical content considerations are as follows:the research design was carried out from the conceptual operation of the questionnaire design,the small sample size and the accuracy of the scale.The consideration of practical content begins with the writing of the group plan,the content design of the group activities,the interaction of multiple roles of social workers,the ability to improve the activities of social workers,and the results of reasonable expectations of the group.In the final outlook section section,the paper advocates the use of professional scales and scientific investigations to study the resilience of migrant children;Playing a policy and institutional guarantee to enhance the resilience of migrant children;Using integrated social work methods to improve the level of resilience of migrant children.
