Master of Education postgraduate education provides high-quality talents with strong application ability for the development of society.Nowadays,the status of Master of Education is getting higher and higher,and it has also been attached great importance.Master of Education plays an important role in the field of education reform,especially in the field of basic education reform.China's education for Postgraduates of Master of Education started relatively late,and there are also many problems in training.Each link of training is not mature enough.However,American education for Postgraduates of Master of Education started early.After experiencing the embryonic period,the development period and the mature period,the country's education for Postgraduates of Master of Education developed relatively well,and has successful experience in all stages of training,Huasheng.Dun University has a certain influence on the cultivation of master of education postgraduates in the United States.In view of this,this paper chooses the education of master of education in Dun University as the research object,carries on the inquiry,summarizes the relevant experience,and uses it for our country.Based on the sorting out of the existing research literature,this paper uses the methods of literature,comparative study and case study to carry out the research.Firstly,it reviews the history of the development of postgraduate education in the United States based on the development of postgraduate education and teacher education.On this basis,taking the education of Master of Education of Washington University as an example,this paper makes a detailed introduction from seven aspects: specialty setting and training objectives,entrance requirements,school system and degree,curriculum setting and teaching methods,teachers and students,tuition and funding system,and quality assurance,and then concludes that the education of Master of Education of Washington University has the following characteristics: There are abundant orientations,targeted training objectives,wide selection scope,comprehensive investigation content,adaptability of curriculum and graduation requirements,strict assessment of teachers,emphasizing practical experience,multiple ways of student funding,multiple evaluation subjects and formative evaluation.However,there are also some problems,such as too detailed professional settings,conflict between theoretical learning and practice,and heavy burden on teachers.Comparing the current situation of education for master of education in China and drawing lessons from the merits of education for master of education in Washington University,we need to take the following measures to improve the training of master of education in China: establishing a diversified selection mechanism,comprehensive investigation and admission;optimizing curriculum and teaching,improving teaching effectiveness;implementing the double-tutor system,cultivating "double-teacher" teachers;attracting more foreign teachers.Capital,establish and improve the award system;establish a multi-subject participation evaluation system,pay attention to formative evaluation.
