| The rural revitalization strategy was put forward in the form of document No.1 in 2018."It is a major strategic deployment made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,an essential historical task to build a well-off society and a socialist modern country in an all-round way,and a master of the work of agriculture,countryside and farmers in the new era." Therefore,in the future,the rural revitalization strategy will become an important part of our government’s work,and will become the guiding principle of rural development in China.As an integral part of the rural social system,rural vocational education provides historical opportunities for its development and also puts forward the requirements of the times.Effectively exerting its functions and displaying its energy are strategic measures for rural vocational education to seek development in the strategy of rural revitalization.Therefore,under the background of rural revitalization Strategy and taking rural vocational education as the main body,this study researches the function of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization.The details are as follows:The introduction part: Based on the background,purpose and significance of this study,this paper combs the relevant research on rural vocational education in China in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,determines the research ideas and methods,as well as the research emphases and difficulties,and makes preparations for the development of this study.Part Ⅰ: Discussing the core concepts and theoretical basis of this study.This paper defines "rural vocational education" and "rural vocational education function" and defines the scope for the development of this study.It also discusses "Huang Yanpei’s rural vocational education development concept" and "functionalism theory",which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of this study.Part Ⅱ: The analysis of the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural vocational education.Starting from the historical background,objectives and tasks of rural revitalization strategy,this paper probes into the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural vocational education,further explains the necessity of functional analysis of rural vocational education,and clarifies the requirements of the times for functional research of rural vocational education.Part Ⅲ: Rational analysis of the function of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization.Firstly,it analyses the historical development of the function of rural vocational education and its influencing factors.Secondly,it analyses the structure of rural vocational education from macro,medium and micro views.Finally,it takes the historical development and orientation of the function of rural vocational education,the influencing factors of the function of rural vocational education,the structure of rural vocational education and the strategic planning and goal of rural revitalization as its objectives.On the basis of this,the functions of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization are explored from three different directions: personnel training,educational development and social promotion.Part Ⅳ: The practical dilemma of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on the methods of documentation and interview,this paper finds that the functional practice of rural vocational education in China has some practical difficulties,such as unclear understanding,inaccurate positioning,unclear division,lax assessment and poor security.On this basis,the reasons are analyzed.Part Ⅴ:Exploring the path to realize the function of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization.On the basis of exploring the function of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization and its practical predicament and reasons,according to Huang Yanpei’s concept of rural vocational education development,the strategic requirements of rural revitalization and the direction of vocational education reform in China,the path to realize the function of rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization is constructed: renewing backward ideas,strengthening the functional identification of rural vocational education;Developing orientation and establishing the functional value of rural vocational education;promoting system construction and perfecting the functional network of rural vocational education;perfecting system allocation to form functional guarantee of rural vocational education;strengthening resource support to promote the deepening of rural vocational education function;improving the quality of running schools,enriching the connotation of rural vocational education function. |
