The newly revised Chinese curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition)lists "the whole book reading and discussion" as the first of 18 learning task groups,and gives specific reference Suggestions in terms of "learning objectives and contents" and "teaching tips".Obviously,in the new curriculum standard,the new teaching material,the new college entrance examination and so on Chinese teaching reform under the big background,the entire book reading teaching already is no longer a slogan or the slogan,but needs in the senior high school Chinese classroom teaching practical implementation as item request.How to effectively implement the whole book reading teaching of modern novels in senior high school Chinese teaching,so that one aspect can promote the comprehensive development of students' core literacy of Chinese subject,on the other hand for the whole book reading teaching of teachers "teaching" and students "learning" to find appropriate strategies,is worth in-depth exploration of the direction and problems.Based on the above reasons,the study attempts to modern novels summary of the whole book reading teaching from senior high school,the whole book reading teaching of the theoretical basis and value of the implementation,the modern novels book reading teaching strategies,and to the Border Town as an example to design the whole book reading teaching these a few respects,specific as follows:The first chapter discusses the concepts and discussions related to the whole book reading,the discrimination between the whole book reading and other reading types,and the whole book reading of high school Chinese modern novels from three aspects,aiming to grasp the whole book reading teaching as a whole and comprehensively through the clarity of concepts and the comparison with related concepts.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis and the value of teaching and learning.The third chapter discusses the selection of the reading list of the whole book,the basic process of the whole book reading teaching,the "teaching" strategy and the "learning" strategy,and tries to put forward suggestions and methods for the implementation of the reading teaching strategy of the whole book of modern novels in senior high school.Based on the foregoing discussion,the fourth chapter takes the Border Town as an example to design the whole book reading teaching from the aspects of the determination of teaching objectives,course design and class arrangement,the whole book reading teaching implementation and evaluation,aiming to provide a thinking direction for the practice of the whole book reading teaching of modern novels in senior high school.
