Research On The Pattern Of New Professional Farmers Cultivation

Under the background of new urbanization,cultivating new-type professional farmers has become a strategic measure to promote the development of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.How to improve the effectiveness of cultivation,innovative cultivation pattern is an unavoidable problem in the process of agricultural modernization in China.On the basis of empirical investigation,this paper summarizes the basic experience of cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Wenzhou Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the optimized countermeasures for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in combination with the enlightenment obtained by the typical patterns.The text can be divided into five parts:The first part is the carding of the theory and the definition of the concept.By combing and analyzing the literature,this part defines the related concepts such as farmers,new-type professional farmers,cultivation patterns and so on,and analyzes the connotation,characteristics and constituent elements of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.Finally,combing the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part introduces the general situation of Wenzhou Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park and the typical patterns of new-type professional farmers,and combs the mode of operation of each model and summarizes its applicable conditions.The third part is the investigation of new-type professional farmers cultivation.This section conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with professional farmers in Wenzhou Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park,and analyzes the current status of the cultivation work in these areas.The fourth part analyzes the features and problems of new-type professional farmers cultivation in Wenzhou Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park.This part combs out the mature experience of cultivation mode,system guarantee and training content of the new type-professional farmers in Wenzhou.And summed up the following problems: lack of system guarantee,unclear main body of cultivation,poor quality of cultivation,irregularity of qualification system and so on.The fifth part is the optimizations of new-type professional farmers cultivation in Wenzhou Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park.On the basis of the above research and analysis,this part draws lessons from the experience of innovative patterns in areas similar to Wenzhou.And finally,the optimization countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of perfecting cultivation institutions,integrating cultivation resources,i m p r o v i n g c u l t i v a t i o n q u a l i t y a n d p e r f e c t i n g q u a l i f i c a t i o n s y s t e m.
