The emergence of "Internet +" has had an important impact on the social,economic and political fields.In this context,high school geography teaching has also undergone significant changes in the development of teaching resources and the transformation of teaching methods.Modern teaching methods relying on Internet play an increasingly important role in improving students learning enthusiasm and initiative,forming flexible and diverse teaching forms,and renewing teaching methods.The theme of this thesis is study on the application status and the countermeasures pertaining to the high school geography teaching resources under the background of"Internet+”,and summarizes the analysis of the literature at home and abroad through the literature research method.Based on the theory of relevance,new cognitive and multiple intelligence,this paper expounds the necessity of the application of geography teaching resources in Senior Middle School under the background of "Internet +".Then,through questionnaires,the author analyzes the current situation and existing problems of high school geography teaching resources under the background of "Internet +",and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,so that "Internet +" can be applied to high school geography teaching better,so as to promote the reform of geography teaching.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part outlines the "Internet +" and the geography teaching resources of senior middle school under the background of "Internet+";the second part first discusses the theoretical basis of high school geography teaching resources relying on "Internet +",and then elaborates on its necessity;the third part carries on the questionnaire survey to the high school geography teaching resources under the background of "Internet +",and carries on the analysis to the investigation result;the fourth part finds out the problems existing in the application of geography teaching resources in Senior Middle Schools under the background of "Internet +" through analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions;the fifth part relies on "Internet +" to design of teaching case for the compulsory course Common Weather System of PEP.
