In the long history of Chinese language education in China,the whole book reading education thought has been produced for a long time.In recent years,in the process of promoting the reform of Chinese curriculum,the whole book reading has increasingly become the object of teaching research and exploration.There are many limitations in the actual teaching of the whole book reading,and there are many difficulties in the comprehensive implementation of the whole book reading teaching.Implementing the whole book reading teaching plays an important role in developing students' core literacy.However,there are some problems in high school students' reading,such as the low quantity and low quality,especially in despising the reading of literary masterpieces.Literary masterpieces are treasures of Chinese and foreign cultures.Their ideological connotations and linguistic forms are worth learning and appreciating by senior high school students.This paper limits the research object of the whole book reading to the recommended bibliographies of famous books in senior high school Chinese textbooks,and tries to summarize the teaching strategies of the whole book reading in line with the actual situation of senior high school students.Firstly,it discusses the concept and practical significance of the whole book reading guided by literary masterpieces,and expounds the value of the whole book reading guided by literary masterpieces according to the practical significance of the whole book reading concept.The whole book reading teaching can help students construct their own reading experience,form good reading habits,arouse their interest in reading literary classics,and thus promote the development of high school students core literacy of Chinese.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,we can understand the problems of teachers and students in reading the whole book of high school literary masterpieces.From the actual teaching process of teachers,utilitarianism of teaching attitude and mode of teaching are the two most significant problems.From the students learning situation,the lack of interest in extensive reading of classics and the lack of awareness of in-depth reading of classics are common problems for students.Thirdly,according to the existing problems of teachers,following the principle of concrete analysis of specific problems,the corresponding solutions and strategies are put forward.As for teachers,first,we should change our teaching attitude and improve our professional accomplishment.Second,we should designate reading works and implement thematic teaching.Thirdly,we should stimulate reading and use the "small gentleman system" skillfully.Fourth,effective evaluation and scientific guidance should be provided.As for students,first,they should master multiple reading methods and second,they should develop good reading habits.Finally,teaching thinking,teachers and students jointly participate,each responsible,teachers should read first,students should read by themselves,teachers and students should build a reading mechanism.Through the problem of teachers and students,we hope to achieve the implementation significance of reading the whole book guided by literary masterpieces.
