The Research On Education Resource Equalization In Junior Middle School Of Jinpu New District,Dalian

Education resource optimal equalization is the key to realize the education fair development.As a relatively mature tenth state-level new area city with culture and economic development,Jinpu New District of Dalian has a relatively perfect compulsory education system.However,with the acceleration of urbanization process,due to the reasons of concept,policy and history,compulsory education resources,especially junior high school education resources,present obvious inequity among different regions,schools and even classes,which will lead to social injustice.The equalization of junior middle school education resources is the basis of building a prosperous,democratic,civilized and harmonious society in China.It is the inevitable requirement of implementing the national education development strategy and the development of education in Jinpu New District of Dalian City.From the point of view of compulsory education resources as public goods,this paper chooses Jinpu New District Junior High School in Dalian as the research object,adopts the combination of applied research and theoretical research,and applies the relevant theories of public management and educational management to equalize junior high school education resources in Jinpu New District of Dalian City.The study can be used as a reference for the equalization of junior middle school education resources in Dalian and even in Northeast China.Therefore,the topic of this paper is targeted at systematic research and empirical analysis of education resource equalization in junior middle schools.Based on the balanced development of education in junior middle schools in the region,it provides theoretical basis and empirical support for further formulating the regulation and control ways of the balanced development of junior middle school education in Dalian.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation of uneven distribution of junior high school education resources in Jinpu New District,it analyzes and compares with various factors affecting the imbalance of junior high school education resources in Jinpu New District,studies the influence of different factors on the equalization of junior high school education resources,and summarizes the current situation of the equalization of junior high school education resources in Jinpu New District through relevant theories of education management,public products and public management,objectively evaluates the problems existing in the equalization process of educational resources,and analyzes its future development.In addition,it strengthens the research on the influencing factors of junior middle school education resources allocation in Jinpu New Area,and analyses the role of financial input,teacher management and school surrounding environment in junior middle school education resources allocation.Based on the research on education resource allocation of junior middle schools in foreign and domestic typical cities,this paper analyzes the reference for education resource allocation of junior middle schools in Jinpu New District,including relevant policies,development strategies and distribution modes,and makes corresponding countermeasures according to its importance and characteristics.Finally,under the background of uneven distribution of junior middle school education resources in Jinpu New District of Dalian City,it can solve the uneven distribution of junior middle school education hardware facilities,unreasonable distribution of senior teachers,middle-aged teachers and young teachers,and the proportion coordination of students and teachers by increasing financial investment,paying attention to the construction of teachers,strengthening the construction of the surrounding environment of schools and strengthening supervision,and other countermeasures.It puts forward a reasonable and effective plan for the equalization of junior high school education resources in the Jinpu New Area,and makes contributes to the real implementation of the equalization of educational resources in junior high schools in Dalian.
