On September 4,2014,the national opinions on the implementation of the reform of the examination and enrollment system were officially issued.This is the most comprehensive and systematic reform of the examination and enrollment system since the resumption of the college entrance examination.At the same time,it is also the critical moment for socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter a new era and the educational revolution with great historical significance launched.Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform in the new era,the past-reported education of middle school history teachers has been unable to adapt to the fierce competition in today's society.On the basis of continuous reform and innovation in China and the continuous development of foreign education,quality education and innovation Education is more suitable for the future development of students and the needs of society.The problem teaching method takes students as the main body and teachers as the mainstay,which highlights the main position of students,pays attention to the cultivation of students' interest,the exercise of thinking ability and the formation of independent personality,which plays an important role in the cultivation of students' quality and the cultivation of innovative spirit.Based on the existing research results,this paper attempts to start with the analysis of the new situation of the reform of college entrance examination,through the investigation of the middle and high schools affiliated to Henan Normal University,and according to the survey results,to analyze the current situation of the history classroom teaching in high schools in recent years,and to summarize the existing problems from the two levels of teachers and students.Under the current circumstances,the problems of the history teachers in the surveyed schools are the main ones.We should follow the rules,lack innovation,attach too much importance to the content of book knowledge,rely more on multimedia teaching equipment and tools,lack of abundant teaching mode in history class,attach too much importance to students' historical achievements and lag behind teaching concepts.During the course of history teaching,students' problems mainly include: students' enthusiasm for learning needs to be improved,students' learning needs to be improved.Efficiency is often not high.Based on the above problems,this paper elaborates the necessity of introducing problem-based teaching method into history curriculum of high school attached to Normal University from two aspects of teachers and students,and puts forward the Countermeasures for implementing problem-based teaching in history of high school attached to Normal University under the background of the new entrance examination reform.The concrete countermeasures include: 1.effective strategies for cultivating students' awareness of problems;2.effective strategies for cultivating students to raise historical problems;3.effective strategies for cultivating students' awareness of problems;Effective strategies for students to solve historical problems.Finally,this paper explores the specific mode and scheme of the problem-based teaching method in the history teaching of secondary school attached to Normal University with the teaching cases involved in this paper,hoping to provide some inspiration and reference for the history teachers of secondary school attached to Normal University.
