Basketball is a competitive,collective,ornamental and entertaining sports project,has always been favored by the vast number of people.The competition of modern basketball league is increasingly fierce.Under the high intensity of technical and tactical confrontation,the physical fitness of players has an increasing impact on the results of the game,and the physical fitness training arrangement during the season is particularly important.Zhejiang Chouzhou bank men's basketball team has its unique characteristics and methods in the physical training during the season,which plays a key role in maintaining the overall competitive level of the sports team during the season.This research takes Zhejiang condensed state bank men's basketball team in the CBA season in the physical training strategy as the research object,by using the literature material method,interview method and logical inductive method and mathematical statistics method,summarize and analyze the characteristics of physical training in the season the team players and give advice,sought to basketball players and explore the scientific physical training in season.Through the actual case study and interviews,it is concluded that Zhejiang Chouzhou bank men's basketball team has the following characteristics in the physical training during the season:1.Clear levels of physical training elements and emphasis on recovery.In addition to strength,speed,endurance,flexibility,agility and coordination,athletes' physical composition and recovery level are also concerned.2.Strict physical fitness monitoring and various methods during the season.The physical fitness information collected during off-season is used as training evaluation criteria and various testing methods are used to monitor the physical fitness of athletes.3.Physical training arrangement is largely combined with competition schedule.According to the team's match day,combined with the sports team's technical and tactical training,venue adaptation and road arrangement to adjust the physical training,more flexible control of the training rhythm.Basketball season period by the Zhejiang condensed state bank of the characteristics of physical training and the from all walks of life for the basketball athletes' physical training study,put forward the following Suggestions:inside the team staff need to improve the recognition of physical stamina training,the arrangement of the content of fitness training multi-dimensional thinking,and introducing high-tech equipment to strengthen the stage of the season the athletes' physical fitness monitoring,timely,and evaluation of the training plan more carefully,at the same time,follow the principle of training and physical training goals.
