| With the increasingly serious aging problem in China,the social problems brought by empty-nesters have increasingly attracted the attention of people from all walks of life.Due to the influence of various factors and the change of environment,the quality of life,self-efficacy and subjective well-being of empty-nesters are low.Meet with the increase of age,empty nest old man and the children the opportunity to communicate and dwindling,by space,time and physiological factors,when empty nest old man facing life difficulties,they solve the problem of lack of confidence,this is largely reduces the subjective well-being of empty nester,its development will be harmful to the society's harmony and progress.This study is divided into two aspects: current situation study and intervention study.First of all,using the memorial university of Newfoundland scale of happiness,and the general self-efficacy scale R community in wuhan,70 randomly selected empty-nesters questionnaire,understand the community empty-nesters demography variables of subjective well-being of the status quo,and then using the community empty-nesters SPSS19.0 statistical analysis of the relationship between subjective well-being and self-efficacy,as well as the community of empty-nesters self-efficacy of the subjective well-being prediction function.Second,intervention study on the basis of the conclusion of the present study,the empty nester self-efficacy and there were significant positive correlation between subjective well-being,select an object to the experimental group 2,object of control group 2,based on theory of narrative therapy intervention design case,through two empty nest elderly to review and narrative of the life story,to find the cause of subjective well-being is low;Guide the subject to separate the problem from the individual,and through the narration of marginal stories and exceptional events,explore the potential of the subject,enhance self-confidence,form positive cognition,and enhance the subject's sense of self-efficacy;The researcher assists the subject to construct a new narrative,strengthens the subject's ability to solve life dilemma,and then improves the subjective well-being of empty-nesters.Through the analysis of the status quo of empty-nesters in R community of wuhan city,the measurement results before and after the study objects and the evaluation of the intervention effect,the research results are as follows:(1)There is no significant gender difference in the subjective well-being of empty-nesters in R community in wuhan.(2)There is a significant difference in the age dimension of the subjective well-being of empty-nesters in the R community of wuhan.The results of multiple comparisons in the post analysis showed that the subjective well-being score of empty-nesters aged 60-64 years was significantly higher than that of empty-nesters aged 70-74 years,75-79 years and 80 years and above(p<0.05).The subjective well-being score of empty-nesters aged 70-74 years was significantly higher than that of empty-nesters aged 80 years and above(p<0.05).The subjective well-being score of empty-nesters aged 75-79 years was significantly higher than that of empty-nesters aged 80 years and above(p<0.05).These results show that the subjective well-being of empty-nesters aged 60-64 years is significantly higher than that of empty-nesters aged 70-74 years,75-79 years and 80 years and above.The subjective well-being of empty nesters aged 70-74 years is significantly higher than that of empty nesters aged 80 years and above.The subjective well-being of empty nesters aged 75-79 years is significantly higher than that of empty nesters aged 80 years and above.(3)There is no significant difference in the subjective well-being of empty-nesters in R community of wuhan in terms of living conditions.(4)There is a significant difference in the subjective well-being of empty-nest elderly in R community of wuhan in terms of empty-nest time.The results of multiple comparisons in the post analysis showed that the score of empty nest time less than half a year was significantly higher than that of empty nest time more than two years(p<0.05).The score of empty nest time above two years was significantly higher than that of empty nest time between half a year and one year(p<0.05).These results show that the subjective well-being of empty-nesters with a duration of less than half a year is significantly higher than that of empty-nesters with a duration of more than two years.The subjective well-being of empty-nesters with more than two years of empty nest time was significantly higher than that of empty-nesters with six months to one year of empty nest time.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between the subjective well-being of empty-nesters and general self-efficacy at the level of 0.01 in R community of wuhan.In other words,the higher the self-efficacy,the higher the subjective well-being;The opposite is lower.(6)General self-efficacy of empty-nesters in R community of wuhan city has a significant predictive effect on subjective well-being.(7)Narrative therapy has a good effect on improving the subjective well-being of empty-nesters in the community.Enhance self-efficacy by exploring the value of the case owner;Improve the bad cognition and negative emotion,construct the new narrative,strengthen the ability of the subject to solve the life predicament.Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis,this study summarizes the whole intervention process of individual cases,that is,narrative therapy has a good effect on improving the subjective well-being of empty-nesters in the community.Combined with the intervention process of the researchers,the paper reflects on the narration of life stories,the deconstruction of narration and the construction of new narration.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of social work values,the enthusiasm of the subjects,the mastery and application of narrative therapy by social workers. |
