With the Hugo Award awarded to famous sci-fi artists Liu Cixin and Hao Jingfang,the box office of the Chinese sci-fi blockbuster "Wandering Earth" soared,and a sci-fi boom was quietly rising in all sectors of society.More and more excellent science fiction works are recognized and loved by Chinese readers,especially teenagers,with the spread of modern media such as film,television and Wechat.Nowadays,there are mature studies on science fiction reading teaching in Britain,America and other countries.On the contrary,the research on science fiction teaching in China lags behind.Driven by the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards in 2011 and the two-way adaptation of junior high school Chinese textbooks in 2017,science fiction teaching in middle schools in China has also started slowly.At present,the whole book reading is an important part of the teaching of Chinese reading.Many teachers use it to introduce science fiction into the teaching.However,facing this special type of literature,many junior middle school Chinese teachers have not deeply realized the value of this kind of text and confused science fiction with other literary types,which leads to the fact that the whole book reading teaching of science fiction has not really played its due role.Breeding effect.Therefore,this paper studies the teaching strategies of the whole book reading of the specific style of "science fiction".Firstly,on the basis of rational thinking about the research background,concept and implementation significance of science fiction and its whole book reading teaching,the author makes a detailed investigation and Analysis on the current situation of the implementation of the teaching of science fiction reading for teachers and students of three grades in Xinzhou No.8 Middle School by using the method of questionnaire survey,and then understands and explores the problems of introducing science fiction into the teaching of reading the whole book.Finally,thepaper puts forward some strategies to change the cognitive bias of reading teaching of science fiction book,to construct a comprehensive science fiction course,to scientifically select the bibliographic version of the whole science fiction book,to systematically design characteristic science fiction teaching activities,and to enrich teaching forms.In addition,based on this study,the author designed the teaching brief of Jules Verne's "20,000 miles under the sea" in the textbook compiled by the Ministry of Chinese of junior high school.The purpose of this paper is to provide more operable teaching methods and guidance for front-line teachers in view of the current teaching practice of reading the whole book of science fiction.At the same time,to train students' scientific imagination,train students' thinking logic and improve their ability to solve practical problems.
