With the continuous advancement of the reform of basic education,the professional quality of teachers themselves has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,how to improve the quality of teachers is one of the topics that have received widespread attention.Primary and secondary school teacher training is in full swing every year,but the quality and effectiveness of training is an important issue of concern to the majority of educators and people from all walks of life who care about education.According to the author's personal practice and survey research on the full-scale training of kindergarten teachers in elementary and middle schools in the economic development zone of Shengzhou City in the 2018-2019 school year,the effectiveness of teacher training is researched,and the factors that affect the effectiveness of training are found,with a view to developing the city Primary school teacher training provides a reference.This thesis consults relevant literature to understand the theoretical knowledge related to the effectiveness of training,and then organizes and analyzes the questionnaires and interviews collected during the author's participation in the training process.Based on the interviews with teachers and the combination of questionnaires,the author analyzes and summarizes the issues that affect the effectiveness of teacher training mainly in terms of teacher training awareness,school leadership's attention,training content settings,training evaluation methods,and training management models.In view of these aspects of analysis,the author is problem-centered and theory-oriented,and proposes corresponding strategies for these influencing factors,hoping to contribute his own strength to the local education cause.
