Under the background of emphasizing quality education and all-round development,how to make students accept traditional music better and easier has far-reaching significance for carrying forward and inheriting our traditional culture.The author found some problems in music teaching when he participated in the three-year service period of Shuo Shi's plan.More and more urban schools begin to attach importance to the cultivation of students' traditional music,and carry out rich and colorful campus traditional music activities.On the contrary,some poor counties and even the birthplace of local opera do not attach importance to the education and popularization of local traditional music,and some places even have exclusion.To this end,this paper has carried on a series of investigation and research on how to improve the quality of traditional music teaching in senior high school.Based on a questionnaire survey of two classes randomly selected by the students in Luanchuan A Middle School and the music teachers in the senior high school,the present situation of local traditional music teaching was studied.Through the investigation,the author found that the more prominent problems in the traditional music teaching of high school students are: the students' enthusiasm for the relevant courses of traditional music is not high,the degree of mastery of the knowledge learned in the classroom is not enough,and a small number of students have the psychology of rejection of Chinese traditional music.The local school all serves for the college entrance examination,the culture class teacher and some leaders do not attach importance to the music curriculum,the school traditional music education consciousness is seriously missing.Music courses are not standardized and teaching facilities are not fully utilized.Music teachers' mastery of traditional music is not in place,and the preparation of lessons is not sufficient.Under the guidance of relevant theories and literature,it is concluded that the attribution of these problems is: the innovation of traditional music in our country is not enough,some propaganda works are not proper;the utilization rate of excellent traditional music resources in our country is low;the school music curriculum is not put in place,and the traditional music education is affected.To this end,combined with the previous related problems,this study from the education management departments,schools and teachers from three aspects to solve the traditional high school students traditional music teaching problems:First of all,the education management department should strengthen the pre-job training and on-the-job training for teachers,and should arrange and urge schools to carry out the activities of traditional culture learning.Secondly,the school level should strongly support the teaching work of music teachers and enrich the traditional cultural color of the campus.The specific measures are that schools should regularly organize music teachers to study in local arts and crafts groups,encourage music teachers to participate in open class competitions,and appropriately increase the traditional cultural atmosphere on campus.Finally,from the teacher's own point of view,music teachers should improve the teaching mode according to the actual situation,organize more on-site practical teaching,and enhance the effectiveness of school-based curriculum development.
