Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Strengthening cultural confidence is an inevitable requirement in the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Cultivating students' cultural confidence is one of the teaching tasks of high school ideological and political discipline,which can fully reflect the effectiveness and scientificity of ideological and political discipline teaching.Released on June13,1999,"the central committee of the communist party of China under the State Council on deepening education reform,comprehensively promote quality education decision" clearly pointed out that to actively carry out quality education,cultivate students' practice ability and innovation ability,culture for the socialist modernization have culture,have ideal,morality,discipline of four people.The Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(Experiment)for Ordinary Senior High Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education emphasizes that the independent setting of the Cultural Life module aims to correct the cultural attitude of senior high school students,guide their correct cultural behaviors,improve their cultural cognitive ability and finally cultivate their cultural confidence.But in the teaching process of ideological and political course,there is still a big gap between the responsibility of cultivating students' cultural confidence and the actual effect of ideological and political course.As a result,the high school ideological and political teachers in the teaching to continuously improve their work enthusiasm,through the optimization of teaching resources and flexible means of education to make the students learn more of the Chinese nation excellent culture,take a rational attitude and behavior about foreign culture,so as to improve the actual effect of thought political lesson teaching,enhance the students' cultural confidence.This paper takes the ideological and political lessons in senior high school as the research object to cultivate the cultural confidence of senior high school students.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey and interview of high school ideological and political class to cultivate students' cultural confidence,this paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating students' cultural confidence in the teaching of high school ideological and political class.Thirdly,it analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of students' cultural confidence in the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,including the insufficient development and utilization of course resources,the level and effect ofclassroom teaching to be further improved,the disconnection between classroom teaching and practice,the single teaching method of teaching evaluation and other problems.Finally,based on the actual situation,this paper puts forward strategies to enhance the cultural confidence of high school students from four aspects,such as increasing the development of curriculum resources,giving full play to classroom teaching advantages,increasing cultural practice links and changing teaching evaluation concepts.The last part of the paper takes "taking the path of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics" as an example to develop the teaching design of high school ideological and political courses to cultivate students' cultural confidence.
