With the gradual deepening of the teaching reform in China,more and more life-oriented teaching is applied to the teaching of different stages of small,early and high.Although the current life-oriented teaching is applied to the teaching of junior high school morality and rule of law,it has achieved certain effects,but it still can find a lot of problems,such as lack of realism and students' incompatibility.The existence of these problems will have a direct impact on the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools,and even affect the quality of the final teaching.Therefore,this paper tries to find out the related problems in the process of life-oriented teaching of junior high school morality and rule of law courses and propose corresponding solutions.Based on the relevant literatures in the early period to grasp the relevant research results of the life-oriented teaching of junior high school morality and rule of law,combined with the actual situation in the actual teaching,Tao Xingzhi's "life education theory" and constructivist learning theory as junior high school The theoretical basis of the life-oriented teaching of the morality and rule of law curriculum,and expounds the meaning and characteristics of the use of life-oriented teaching.It is suggested that in the current life-oriented teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high school,there are mainly problems in the textbook and text relationship,the inversion of the material,the deviation of the living material,the vague position of the teacher,the lack of realism in the false situation,and the students' inability to adapt to the teaching strategy.It is proposed that we can pay attention to the relationship between teaching and living teaching materials,actively guide life-oriented teaching,clarify the relationship between teachers and students in life-oriented teaching,create real-life teaching situations,and help students recognize the subjective position in moral and rule of law teaching.In order to improve the quality of life-oriented teaching in the ethics and rule of law curriculum in junior high schools,I also hope that this study can provide practical help for the life-oriented teaching of junior high school morality and rule of law.
