In the new curriculum reform system,elementary and secondary schools have formally added the content of legal knowledge courses.According to the instructions of the party and the state,after 2016,the curriculum system of morality and rule of law was formally established in primary and secondary schools.Morality and rule of law as one of the basic qualities of human beings.Middle school students in the important learning and ideological cognitive cultivation period,in this period of the dissemination of legal and moral content to the student community,has a very critical feature.Therefore,schools should fully pay attention to the basic information of morality and the rule of law system in the basic teaching activities,and coordinate professional teachers to apply the required teaching methods in the classroom environment.Build new life scenarios will help to increase the public's overall cognitive ideas about morality,the rule of law,the life-oriented teaching here,the specific content and life closely related,by more realistic social background,with students as the core,expand the multiple dimensions of practical measures,guide students deep cognition about professional knowledge,to fully focus on the detailed use of such knowledge in the process of life,cultivating the overall learning skills,to help students develop more good at moral,legal knowledge such as the excellent talents,power system of multiple dimensions of moral,intellectual,physical growth.At present,"morality and the rule of law" in many middle schools still adopts the old-fashioned teaching method,focusing solely on the cultivation and development of knowledge objectives,but failing to fully pay attention to the shaping and development of abilities,emotions,values and other dimensions."Life-oriented teaching" is more in line with the requirements of the new curriculum standards and the basic objectives ofthe course.However,the analysis system in this field has obvious shortcomings,and it is urgent to provide reliable theoretical support in the scientific research field.Therefore,in the analysis of the paper around this topic to carry out in-depth analysis.In the process of analysis,based on the analysis results at home and abroad is discussed,and the overall consideration their own practice from the teaching experience,comprehensive use of the method of literature,questionnaire,etc,on the concrete implementation of the teaching life,actual situation,the core problem and the root cause,this paper carried out based on the research of the multiple dimensions,and the optimization of the follow-up teaching strategy to carry out the analysis of the opportunity to speed up the "morality and the rule of law" the establishment and development of curriculum system,strengthen the students and the living environment of the communication and cognition,further achieve more ideal effect of moral education.
