Integrating a combination of Science,Technology,Engineering,ART and Mathematics,It take an organic integration composed by interdisciplinary content,advocates interdisciplinary education motivated by solving different problems to cultivates students' capability of problem solving,teamworking,designing and practical innovating.Forinstance,under the guidance of the STEAM course conception,Qingdao Zhenjiang road primary school carried out "Imagination" art class,which is a kind of education mode that the art is the main line interspersed with interdisciplinary knowledge,aim at "cultivating Creative talents who possess the capabilities of independent thinking and focusing".By accepting interdisciplinary knowledge,students can explore problems and try to solve them and let students explore their own artistic perception and creativity eventually.Course has won the general favor of students and produced rich teaching results.This paper divided into five chapters to explore the current situation and prospectof the development of "Imagination".Based on the "Imagination" course with the guidance of STEAM concept,it contains a combination of the knowledge of psychology,cognitive behavior,education,art and other related fields,and research in-depth by consulting literature,sorting out materials,collecting information,summarizing,and practicing innovation.Chapter 1,summarize the STEAM art course philosophy through the STEAM art course teaching principles,teaching methods,research content and innovation.Chapter 2,analyze the development background and reasons of the "Imagination" with the concept of STEAM on the basis of the currently art teaching status of Qingdao Zhenjiang road primary school,students' cognition of the "Imagination" and the "Imagination" cater for the requirements of art education,and it's suitable for the psychological development needs of primary students.Chapter 3,Elaborate a development program of the "Imagination" under STEAM concept with teaching objectives,school-based course development principles,teaching ideas and unit plans and evaluation methods taken into consideration.Chapter4,demonstrate the implementation process of the "Imagination" under STEAM concept in view of the implementation effect,the problems and Suggestions in the implementation,as well as the reflection and summary.Chapter 5,summarize the effect and reflection of"Imagination" with the STEAM concept in Qingdao zhenjiang road primary school detailedly."Fantastic ideas" art class emphasizes "integrated education" and the organicunity of core quality.It is not the integration of knowledge,but the development of new forms of educational thinking,and the integration of STEAM into art teaching in primary schools.The form of ideas is like the principle of pearl formation.By integrating heterogeneous subjects S,T,E and M into the art curriculum,children will use their existing cognition to understand S,T,E and M,and stimulate artistic thinking in the way of STEM,thus inspiring innovative ideas.By distilling past life experiences into new cognitions,the child's mental structure evolves.
