Ancient poetry is the treasure of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Ancient poetry teaching has become an important part of primary school students' inheritance of excellent traditional culture and improvement of Chinese comprehensive quality.However,at present,Chinese teachers in primary schools are still confused about the teaching of ancient poetry in primary schools.Therefore,this study makes in-depth exploration in the theoretical cognition,current problems,cause analysis and improvement strategies of the situation teaching of ancient poetry in primary schools,in order to provide teaching reference for the situation teaching of ancient poetry in primary schools.On the basis of discussing the applicability and application principle of situational teaching of ancient poetry,this study selects two large-scale primary schools in Yueyanglou District of Yueyang City as the research object,and takes the current situation of situational teaching of ancient poetry as the investigation content,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the situational teaching of ancient poetry of teachers and students under the situational teaching method of ancient poetry,and mainly interviews the teachers' situation of ancient poetry The cognition and application of situational teaching.It is found that the situational teaching method of ancient poetry is eagerly expected by students and widely recognized by teachers.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of in-depth understanding of the situation teaching theory of ancient poetry;the lack of systematic cognition of the creation and use of the situation of ancient poetry;the limited acquisition of the situation teaching resources of ancient poetry;and the lack of students' ability to use ancient poetry in the situation.The results show that the above problems are caused by teachers' lack of effective cognition of the significance of situational teaching of ancient poetry,the lack of creation and application level of situational teaching of ancient poetry,the low development and utilization rate of situational teaching resources of ancient poetry and the improvement of comprehensive ability of situational teaching of ancient poetry.Based on the current situation of teaching,this study mainly puts forward the following strategies: correctly understanding the characteristics of situational teachingof ancient poetry;flexibly using the rich ways of creating situational teaching of ancient poetry;developing situational teaching resources of ancient poetry according to local conditions;consciously improving the comprehensive ability of situational teaching of ancient poetry,so as to improve the cognitive and application ability of Chinese teachers in primary schools to situational teaching of ancient poetry,and stimulate the students' interest in learning ancient poetry Interest,optimize the teaching method of ancient poetry.
